盧卡室友酒店(Room Mate Luca)

Absolutely lovely. Loved our 4 night stay in Room Mate Luca. Location was great, service was impeccable, *everyone* was very friendly and helpful. Room was as advertised, clean and comfortable and the view was great. AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was good, too. Really can't say anything bad about this hotel. Will definitely come back.

The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic and the water & juice in the lobby was such a great addition. After walking all day it was awesome to drink cold water in the lobby. Breakfast staff was so efficient and helpful, even packing a breakfast for us when we wen on an early morning excursion. Would stay here again.

제가 6일 동안 여행하는데 전혀 불편함을 느끼지 못 했습니다. 위치, 서비스, 깨끗함 등 어느 것 하나 부족함이 없었습니다. 또한 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있어서 기차역, 미켈란젤로 언덕 등 가기에 편리하였습니다. 다음에도 이곳에 숙박하고 싶습니다.

Muy buen servicio de todo el personal. Es un hotel bastante céntrico y accesible para moverse a pie por la ciudad y llegar a varios de lo destinos turísticos de Florencia. Cumplió con la reservación y siempre con muy buena atención.

I hate to say anything negative about a business because we mostly had a good experience with the staff at the hotel. The only thing that bothers me is that my 2 earbuds went missing from my room. I waited to write this because I wanted to make sure it was not in my luggage somewhere but unfortunately as I remember, they were on the table in my room while we stayed there. Was honestly hoping that I made a mistake because overall we enjoyed the location.

The Roommate Luca was great! The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was perfect, even having a great view of the Duomo. The beds and ac were great. I just loved it there. The areais super close to many little restaurants and so easy to get to all the main attractions like The Academia and Duomo. Perfect location!

After deciding to extend our stay, the rates of all the city center hotels were much higher than what we had booked. Not happy with the one we in, and looking for a clean and convenient option, I was very impressed with this. The bed was the most comfortable so far in Italy, the room and property clean and modern but still with the old Italy charm. Front desk staff kind and professional and quick to assist in any way. Street was less busy and crowded as others, but minutes away from where you want to be. If you are undecided among similar priced hotels, you will not regret choosing Room Mate.

We had wonderful experiences at this hotel. The deep impression about their service and breakfast . All Staffs especially the receptionists very kind, patient , professional and helpful. The location is convenient for visiting everyplace in downtown.
