Appartamento comodo, spazioso ed estremamente pulito. Staff cordiale e gentile. Posizione centrale. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cucciolo che fa gradito tanto l’appartamento.

Amazing location in the heart of Florence on Duomo square. We had a room with the balcony and Duomo square was just in front of us. Very helpful staff was always ready to help and answer for all our questions. Every spot in maximum of 15min walk from the hotel. I wish we could stay longer.

Der Palazzo Gamba befindet sich direkt neben dem Dom. Zentraler kann man nicht wohnen. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal und man könnte stundenlang einfach nur auf der Terrasse sitzen und geniessen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gepflegt, ansprechend und praktisch eingerichtet und alles funktioniert. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wohl. Die Angestellten sind äusserst freundlich, zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

This certainly has the wow factor!! We stayed in the Donatello room and it was amazing! The views from the main bedroom looked over Duomo Square and is simply majestic. The whole of the apartment meant there was enough space for the family to relax and have their own space if needed. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stay a lovely one. The one consideration you need to take into account is the noise factor early in the morning. I can live with the bells ringing (they provide you with earplugs) and the city waking up but the building works started at 7.30am opposite on our final day wasn't good but that's not the fault of the apartments. I would 100% recommend these apartments for a break in Florence.

I loved the apartment, and it's important to note that this is indeed an apartment, not a luxury hotel with room service. I point that out so that your expectations are accurate. The front desk is only open between certain hours and you get a legit set of keys that lock and unlock the main door and your apartment door. You can look at their website and see pictures for yourself, so I'll share images for the keys you'll be carrying, the incredible view from the room, and the very small elevator for wheelchair users that are considering staying here. Wheelchair Users: Yes, it has an elevator but it is barely wide enough for a single person to stand in without touching your shoulders to the wall, much less an average personal wheelchair. I am fortunate to have access to both my chair and a cane, and there is no way my chair would have ever fit in here. If you can stand long enough to take the elevator to your floor AND your wheelchair folds flat, not just the back folding down, then you will be fine. If you are unable to leave your wheelchair for a few minutes at a time, then this hotel will not be as accessible as you may need, so just a heads up!

Our stay at the Palazzo Gamba Apartments al Duomo was absolutely fantastic. We stayed along with our two children (9 and 15 yrs old) and could not have asked for more. The location, directly opposite the Duomo, was perfect. The suite was clean, spacious, and beautiful. And the service was friendly and attentive. I would recommend the Palazzo Gamba to anyone visiting Florence.

Appartamento sensazionale per dimensioni, pulizia, vista e posizione. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Si viene accolti anche da un kit di benvenuto comprendente un ottimo Chianti, mq soprattutto si viene accolti con dei grandi sorrisi, sempre più rari... Chicca che ci ha emozionato: a Pasqua, rientrati al pomeriggio, abbiamo trovato nell'appartamento un uovo di cioccolato realizzato da una nota pasticceria/cioccolateria di Firenze donatoci dallo Staff..davvero incredibili. La struttura non presenta alcun punto debole, dal mio punto di vista: posizione sensazionale con affaccio sulla Cattedrale, pulizia impeccabile, appartamento bellissimo ed incredibilmente ampio, Staff con la S maiuscola. Mi pento di aver scoperto soltanto adesso Palazzo Gamba, pur essendomi recato a Firenze moltissime volte.

Best location, best views, best apartment; the best in everything!!! Sarah and Antonio are excellent!! This was my 2nd time staying here and will stay here again without any hesitation!! This apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Florence!

Perfect! Couldn't get closer unless you sleep IN the Duomo. Clean, well finished, spacious apartment (Vasari). Slept 4 (2 couples) in comfort. 2 separate bathrooms. Very helpful staff. Bags safely stored on last day and carried to our taxi. Excellent stay. Liam, Ireland

The location was to die for. The Leonardo room, where we stayed had a double balcony overlooking the piazza Duomo and Duomo itself and made the stay very special. The hotel was central to everywhere and the rooms were spotlessly clean with the furniture, decor and kitchen facilities first class and in keeping with the traditional Italian building. Antonio and Sarah were so friendly and very helpful with any query and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. David C

It was like we were back home! This is not our first time staying at this cozy aparthotel. The charm of Florence, the historic building and the view from the window of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore have delighted us all these days. The hotel has a wonderful and convenient location, impeccable cleanliness, cozy apartments. This time the music program in the cafe downstairs strictly ended at 23.00. It's good that we listened and the situation was corrected. Thanks to Sarah and her colleagues for their attention and efficiency, all wishes were taken into account. We dream of being here again! Perfect location and pleasant staff! Plenty of space in our two room apartment, which included fridge and dishwasher. Great view of the Duomo and close to the action. Ear plugs provided in case street noise bothers you. Elevator was also a welcome addition. Very small showers.
