布列塔尼亞傳統酒店-阿爾菲裏收藏館的評價

Per definire il mio soggiorno qui con la ma mia compagna non riesco altro che trovare le seguenti parole: SCHIFO, DEGRADATO, SPORCIZIA, NON CURANZA, ALIMENTI SCADUTI oltre che cosa più importante la presenza di CAMERE DI SERIA A e CAMERE DI SERIE B, ovviamente a noi è capitata la seconda, non saremmo qui a scrivere ciò altrimenti. Ma partiamo con ordine, troviamo questo hotel su Americanexpressxviaggi, le immagini dell’hotel sia quelle sul sito che quelle di Amex sono molto promettenti e in piena regola per un hotel 4 stelle in centro affacciato sul lungo Arno a due passi dal ponte vecchio in cui una camera Classic (quella scelta da noi) nel periodo di capodanno per 3 notti dal 31 dicembre al 3 di gennaio viene a costare circa 700€ solo pernottamento (tassa di soggiorno 7€ a ospite per notte esclusa) Dopo aver visto le lussuose e storiche (anche se evidentemente per l’hotel il concetto di storico è lasciato andare senza la minima cura) camere con soffitto affrescato decidiamo di confermare la prenotazione, una volta arrivati in struttura ci troviamo davanti ad una bella entrata con divanetti nel cortile interno davvero curato, così come la hall e la parte bar dove ad accoglierci troviamo un personale davvero preparato. I problemi iniziano una volta che ci viene assegnata la stanza (allego sotto le immagini di ogni cosa che verrà trattata in seguito per una recensione fondata). Subito dopo essere entrati è evidente che la stanza era completamente diversa da ciò che veniva mostrato sui due siti (basti guardare le immagini della porta e del condizionatore per farsi subito un idea), pensiamo così di aver preso una fregatura e per questo decidiamo di non lamentarci alla reception e di farcela andare bene anche se era veramente pietosa e sporca. Si presenta in condizioni SPAVENTOSE molto datata e ingiallita dal tempo, così come mostrato dalle foto con il rosone centrale completamente arrugginito e sporco di calcare (dallo SCHIFO perché è questo il termine adatto per definirlo, non lo abbiamo mai usato, lavandoci a fatica con il doccino che andava tenuto in mano visto il supporto che non rimaneva in posizione).
il primo giorno subito dopo la doccia ha inoltre perso acqua ovunque allagando mezzo bagno, c’è da segnalare che il personale come detto in precedenza è intervenuto tempestivamente (letteralmente in meno di due minuti) per risolvere la situazione pulendo il bagno e contattando il tecnico che all’indomani si sarebbe occupato della riparazione. L’ultimo giorno poi, avendo passato più tempo in camera rispetto ai giorni precedenti ci siamo accorti inoltre di altre cose che sicuramente vi faranno Cambiare idea sul voler pernottare in una bettola del genere: (foto in allegato) * PULIZIA:

Alla prenotazione 4 stelle corrisponde un servizio 2 stelle: stanza di pessima qualità, arredi deteriorati, doccia danneggiata e scrostata, letto matrimoniale 1 piazza e mezza, bottiglietta d'acqua già aperta e parzialmente consumata. Colazione scomoda con bevande in una sala e cibo in un'altra, separate da un passo carraio esterno.

Very Poor Greeting, 2 parts hotel like being in a Time Warp, in old part very shabby and bathroom that disgusting we had to go downstairs everyday to use showers for the Gym, staff ignored complaint !!

Booked a King double room at the Alfieri Signature Suites on ***********. Wow, this place was ideal and exceeded our expectations - outstanding location with the Arno River just outside the hotel and the Ponte Vecchio just one bridge walk from the property. We had just completed 30+ days of work related travel, so we were looking for a place that did not require extensive additional travel or planning. This place was perfect - amazing Foody Farm available for breakfast and the Uffizi Gallery and the Palazzo Vecchio a short walk along the river. Pick up a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset from the 4th floor rooftop terrace. Lots of options to appreciate. We loved the location, service from the friendly staff, and ability to walk everywhere during our 4 days in Florence.

Charming antique hotel, located right on the Arno river, close to Ponte Vecchio bridge and the main shopping street immediately around the corner. Superb nice staffs. But I got bed bugs bites, and because they have not replied, just want to inform the case.

Walked into the hotel and was pleasantly surprised at first glance. Once we got past the lobby and checked in, things completely changed. Rooms are completely different from the photos. In addition, the hotel neglected to tell us there was construction work being done in the room next to ours and only informed us once we called down to complain. They stated the prior guest damaged the room and it needed to be repaired immediately, however, never once bothered to notify us before checking in (or while checking in) so that we may make alternate arrangements. After going down to the front desk to ask for a different room, the front staff told us there was only one other room that was available and would require us to pay to upgrade. Once we asked how much the difference would be, they informed us the room was no longer available and we would be required to stay in our room since they were fully committed for the night. The room appeared was not representative of the lobby or the pictures online at all. The furniture was outdated and the AC was not working after a 75 degree day. I am not the type to write reviews but this experience has been so ridiculous I figured I’d warn other potential guests.

The location of this hotel was perfect. The river Arno was right outside the door and it seemed like everything was in a resonable walking distance. (We did take taxis more than expected since my wife injured her foot in Rome). There were restaurants all around the hotel as you exited. The walk through the courtyard and down the hallways to the room was also very interesting. The room was amazing. We felt like we were in an 18th century palace. The room was huge (twice the size of any other room during our 2 weeks in Italy), had a frescoe on the ceiling, a stately fireplace (didnt appear to work) Bed was comfortable. The reason for the loss of the star is the bathroom was poorly laid out - toilet trapped in the corner between the bidet and the shower. Some of the furniture was dated and the room had a little bit of an ampty feeling but it added to the charm. I am a little bit larger fellow so the toilet was uncomfortable for me. I would stay here again but would want to see the layout of the bathroom before taking the specific room. Our friend's room had a better bathroom layout.

I was extremely disappointed with the room. It looked nothing like the photos on the website - ours was more like an English boarding house from the 1970s. The room looked out onto a service courtyard that houses the heatpumps- the noise is similar to a car engine outside your window all night. The location is convenient and the breakfast good.

We stayed in the "classic" part of the hotel and i was worried our room wouldnt look as nice as the photos on the website with it being in the older part of the hotel. But it was beautiful. Massive room, high ceilings, huge bed. We didnt have a room with a view, but there is a cute little balcony just off the reception room next door which you can sit out and gaze over the river. The staff were lovely and really helpful. The breakfast which was included was spot on. Set us up for a full day of sight seeing. Cant fault the hotel at all.

Bellissima scoperta, ottimo hotel! Ho soggiornato qui 3 notti dal 17/01 al 20/01 per le mie ferie invernali visitando Firenze per la prima volta! Ottima accoglienza, tutto il personale gentilissimo, cortese e disponibile! Posizione dell'hotel ottima centrale, e una delle cose più belle e particolari, un mix tra moderno e antichità, sembrava di stare in una villa d'epoca! Soddisfatto in tutto, complimenti a tutto il personale, ma veramente a tutti...nessuno escluso :-))

Bellissima struttura al centro di Firenze. Ottimo servizio accoglienza per bagagli e reception. La nostra camera era interna al palazzo per cui molto silenziosa e molto calda. La colazione assolutamente sublime, siamo arrivati tardi ma c'era ancora un nutrito buffet. La prossima volta useremo sicuramente il servizio esterno per il parcheggio della macchina, anche perché sosta poco più della multa che abbiamo preso e te la vengono a prendere e a portare in hotel. Assolutamente consigliato.
