有很多規矩，這個不可，那個不可。進入大門後一股很奇怪的氣味，令人很不舒服

Unica nota positiva la pozione vicinissima alla stazione e al centro. Camera e biancheria sporche, frigobar vuoto neanche una bottiglia d’acqua, le scale e gli spazi comune dello stabile in cui è situato sono fatiscenti e c’è un cattivissimo odore. Prezzo alto rispetto al servizio offerto. Ero stata qui 5 anni fa e mi ero trovata bene, ma tutto è cambiato compreso il titolare un signore al quanto scontroso. Alle mie lamentele sulla biancheria sporca ha risposto in modo sgarbato e infastidito. Non ci ritorneremo mai più. D’altra parte basta leggere come risponde alle recensioni qui su tripadvisor per cogliere la sua poca cortesia.

Excellent location!! Roberto, the host was very friendly. We hadn't bought a EU adapter with us from the UK and he sought out and found a charger to lend us for the 3 nights we were there. We were in a double and it was immaculate and clean. We went out one morning and came to find the room spotless and bed made. The only negatives I would suggest that needs to be mentioned are the local taxes at 33 euros (3 nights x 2 people), which you have to pay cash for and it would be great to have a kettle in the room to make a tea, or coffee. However, I can appreciate breakfast is an added option. But, It would be great if these facilities were in place. Apart from that. I would definitely stay here again. The rate for the room and the location it's in easily deserves an excellent rating. Thank you Roberto from A and S you made us feel very welcome whilst staying in your beautiful town and country.

Amazing location, almost in front of train station. A few blocks away from all the tourist area. Bed was very comfortable and hotel was clean. Area is not the best but is all worth your $. We felt safe at all times and customer service was great

舒適寬敞的臥室和浴室。非常舒適的床墊。早餐基本，種類繁多，但標準（牛角麵包、卡布奇諾、切片麵包、包裝果醬、一些水果......）。沒有罵名，也沒有讚揚。不幸的是，暖氣完全是一場災難：床的正上方有微溫的空氣。定時。十分吵鬧。一旦關閉，房間就會恢復冰冷。冷空氣在規定時間外排出。為了在您醒來時獲得一點溫暖，您需要在 6 點起床將其打開。當我們告訴經理房間很冷時，他白天很友善地讓房間開著，當我們晚上到達時，房間很暖和，但晚上關掉房間後很快就涼下來了。不知道是不是所有的房間都是這樣，但是我們四人房的人都凍死了！我希望這些批評可以被視為改進服務的建議，而不是像經常發生的那樣成為爭議。所在公寓大樓的樓梯破舊不堪，而且總是有異味。

Area around the hotel/B&B does not feel safe. Homeless people. The building entrance is not welcoming. The door to the room is not very sturdy/heavy so do not feel secure inside suite. It is also not very sound-proof. Washroom is dated and requires renovation.

The staff were very helpful both before our stay and during our stay. The property was very useful for access to the station and only a short walk to all the major attractions. The room was clean and tidy. Our gluten free needs were met at breakfast.

Estuve siempre con la sensacion de duda, porque al llegar te das cuenta que no es un Hotel comun; éste es parte de un edificio de apartamentos. al llegar a la puerta del edificio el directorio de los "apartamentos" uno es el hotel, y esta en el segundo piso. Afuera no dice nada de Hotel; solamente lo ves en el pequeño directorio de los timbres de la puerta exterior. El ascensor solo te lo permiten para subir el equipaje, despues solo puedes usar escaleras. El desayuno es muy limitado en un habitacion muy pequeña, por lo que no se podria llamar restaurant.

La zona de noche es peligrosa, da miedo llegar hasta el b&b, Paola la persona que se encarga de la recepción y el desayuno es agresiva y maltrata a todos los huéspedes. El ingreso tiene un olor nauseabundo. El desayuno es regular y dirigido por « Paola » al estilo régimen militar MEDIOCRE. Solo es rescatable la limpieza, la calidad de los colches y almohadas…Pero el inicio del día con una persona muy agresiva arruina todo!!!!

Chambre propre, excellent petit déjeuner. Nous avons eu la malchance d’avoir une chambre donnant directement sur la rue, alors nous avons eu droit à des vibrations et des bruits toute la nuit en raison des tramways et des trains qui passaient tout près. Je n’ai pratiquement pas fermé l’œil de la nuit, malheureusement.

Personale estremamente scortese e maleducato, a parte la signora. Le lenzuola pizzicavano talmente tanto che per dormire serve prendersi un calmante, un nostro amico che era in un altra stanza dopo essersi messo sul letto/aver usato gli asciugamani ha avuto una forte reazione allergica tanto da costringerci ad andare in farmacia la notte di capodanno. puzza nell’ androne delle scale come se fossi un una stazione ferroviaria, ci hanno accusato di aver rubato delle bottigliette d’acqua quando in realtà gliele avevamo pagate subito (tutto ciò sempre con aria di superiorità come se noi clienti fossimo in debito con loro per dormire li). Sconsiglio vivamente, mi dispiace solo per le signora che è stata l’unica gentile.

Once you arrive in SMN station, its a 5 minutes walk to get here. Seems a little shady when you walk up the stairs but once checked in, the rooms were clean and comfortable. As ive mentioned, it did the job for 1 night if you are just looking for a nice and comfortable place to lay your head for the night in the premise of the train station.

Il b&b, se tale si può definire, è veramente da film horror!!!! Personale scortese , camere squallide e buie, bagni davvero impresentabili: doccia rotta, assenza di bidet, lavabo otturato… il tutto in un’atmosfera surreale . La sala colazione,poi, è il colmo dei colmi! La reception inesistente. Un cattivo odore dappertutto. NON ANDATECI !
