樂坎德拉邱比酒店(Locanda De' Ciompi)

It is an excellent place. Very comfortable rooms. Very clean. Beatufil and in a very good area in the city center. We get the breakfast in a small patiserie just 20m from the hotel. The breakfast is basic (a cup of coffee and two pieces of pastry each). But it was nice and fresh. And it was a good value for money (but we went there in the low season). We didn`t meet the hosts, but they were always on phone for anythign we had to ask via sms. We recoment this place.

Our 4 night stay was wonderful. Mira & Francesco are the most gracious, welcoming, kind, and helpful hosts you will ever meet. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with incredible warmth as if we were old friends. Once we were shown our room and given all the details to make our stay comfortable, Mira & Francesco spent a generous amount of time sharing their knowledge of the city - their favorite restaurants, the ins and outs of Florence, as well as the district on the other side of the Arno River, and prior to leaving, the best way to travel to our next destination. Quiet and comfortable room. The B&B is not in a high touristy area, yet still very close to so many wonderful Florentine sites.

My wife and I stayed for 9 days at Locanda de Ciompi. Mira, the proprietor, is wonderfully hospitable and will do everything to make your stay a good one. If available, we highly recommend booking the Camera dei Ciompi Superior. The price is very reasonable for a beautiful room in a great location -- far enough from the Duomo to be away from the hordes of tourists yet near wonderful places that the locals take advantage of, such as the Mercato Sant'Ambrogio. The B&B arranges for guests to have pastries and coffee at a wonderful nearby pasticceria that has excellent quality food and a very nice staff. Over the past 40 years I have probably stayed at 10 different places in Florence, and this is by far the best.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Florence. The hostess, Mira went above and beyond when you ask her questions about where to visit, where to dine, where to shop. She has an amazing and beautiful family. Thank you SO much for all of your wonderful suggestions and hospitality. The room is romantic and incredibly clean and convenient to all major sites to visit. The bakery you go to is fantastic. Don't forget to make a stop at one of Mira's suggested lunch places, Salsamenteria where you can have some homemade pasta! Thank you thank you thank you for an amazing visit to Florence, Mira and Francesco!!

This accomodation was great. We were there in August last year. The hosts were full of hospitality and kindness. At arrival we were introduced to the facility and the city by the host. He also helped us with the parking space and gave great tips about places to visit in Florence, yes the nearby Natalino restaurant was delicious! Our room was very clean and cosy. We had a bathroom attached to our bedroom (very beautiful) and a little balcony. Centrally located to the different hotspots of the city but still a bit out of the 'busy zone'. We will definitely come back!

Francesco and Mira were wonderful and helpful owners with easy communication and many recommendations for our entire stay. At check-in we went over a map of Florence and drew out points of interest that helped up navigate the city very easily.

This small hotel was a wonderful place to stay in otherwise crowded Florence. The location I’d close enough to walk to all attractions, yet a bit ways from the crowds. The room was spacious and well appointed with a good sized bathroom. The breakfast at a nearby cafe was convenient and delicious. Mira, our hostess, is simply the best. She is so kind and helpful with all our needs. The square is front is lovely and historic, and full of cafes and eateries.

Amazing host and great accommodation. We also loved the area as it's not as busy with tourists (it seems mainly locals hang out there) and great places for food/drinks (for dinner make sure you have an reservation).

Pleasant room in a great location. The host, Mira, was very helpful in making arrangements for us when needed. I would stay again in the future and highly recommend it. The nearby cafe for the included breakfast had wonderful pastries and espresso.
