Ricasoli花園中繼站(Ricasoli Garden Relais)

Das B&B liegt in der Altstadt in einem Hinterhof und ist wirklich hübsch. Die Lage ist super zentral, 50 m von der Galleria dell’Accademia und ca. 300 m vom Dom entfernt. Die Zimmer liegen ruhig im Hinterhof und sind hübsch eingerichtet, von dem Trubel der Straße bemerkt mach nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Ausstattung mit Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Minibar und Badewanne sehr gut. Der Fernseher ist mit dem Wifi verbunden, man kann sich mit dem eigenen Account bei allen gängigen Streaming Anbietern anmelden. Das Zimmer hat Fußbodenheizung, das ist vor allem im Bad sehr angenehm. Es gibt eine kleine Ausstattung für das Frühstuck (Zwieback, Marmelade, Honig und Nutella, Fruchtschnitten), wir haben uns morgens beim Becker nebenan noch zusätzlich zwei Croissants geholt. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde jeden Tag zuverlässig gereinigt. Allein den Mülleimer im Bad müsste man mal austauschen, der hat es definitiv schon hinter sich. Außerdem müssten die Kabel der Hängeleuchten neben den Betten bis zur Decke gereinigt werden. Wir waren im Gartenzimmer untergebracht, durch die Türe zum Garten zieht es ein ganz kleines bisschen. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, das haben wir aber bei einem Gebäude in der Altstadt nicht anders erwartet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Rezeption ist jedoch nur von 11.00-17.00 Uhr besetzt. Das sollte man bei der An- und Abreise berücksichtigen. Wir können die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt empfehlen.

Una notte a Firenze! Struttura vecchia, negli infissi ad esempio, ma veramente ben curata! Camera e servizi fantastici. Peccato la colazione che era costituita da merendine preconfezionate lasciate in camera già al nostro arrivo e un bollitore ed una macchinetta del caffè da prepararsi da soli. Presenti però in camera alcuni vini da poter stappare, a pagamento. Camera ben insonorizzata

This B&B was absolutely exquisite. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable, gorgeous oversize bed. Plenty of room to relax, and a beautiful courtyard to look over and enjoy. If I could give one area of improvement, staff was scarce (as in nonexistent). If there was a need, we had no way to reach anyone. Other than the young man who briefly came to check people in, we could not find anyone on the property to assist with anything. There were emergency numbers to call…for emergencies. Needing toilet paper, is that an emergency? I don’t know. Also, breakfast was not included with the “&B” portion of B&B, so I guess it was just the Beds. They provided dry toast packets with some jelly and an in room coffee pot and said that was our breakfast. Otherwise it would’ve been a perfect five star review.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura una notte sola ma siamo stati benissimo. Il personale è molto gentile e ci hanno anche omaggiato dell’upgrade alla stanza con vasca idromassaggio. Le camera sono grandi, curate, molto pulire. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e la posizione è veramente il top. Unica cosa che mi è mancata, la colazione, ma va bene comunque, in camera è presente una macchina per il caffè e dei piccoli snack confezionati. Lo consiglio senz’altro!

Well what can I say. I partner and I stayed here for 2 nights after staying in a hotel 3 nights before when he had a break in Florence. The place is stunning. The room ‘pepper’ we stayed in was beautifully decorated and the attention to detail was spot on. The bed was super comfy! The garden was also stunning with the most amazing decor and furniture and drapes that really gave it such a tropical feel. The touch of happy hour 6-7pm made the visit extra special as we had a free cocktail each every evening and they were delicious and tailor made if we wanted something that wasn’t on the menu. The hosts were amazing and made us feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hospitality and warm welcome every time we saw them was so lovely. The hotel was in a very good location near places of interest. If you’re thinking of booking here, DO IT! If we visit Florence again, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful guest house with very helpful owners who couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was stunning- very spacious with a free standing bath, comfy bed and separate large bathroom, it felt very luxurious. The property is a 2 minute walk to the Duomo and yet it feels so peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful, quiet garden area to relax in. They also have a happy hour every evening at 6pm where they serve a complimentary cocktail with crisps and nuts to all guest and thereafter the cocktails are 6 euros. The cocktails were to a high standard- we loved the Moscow Mules! There is also a coffee machine with an array of complimentary cakes/snacks in the room which was useful when we headed out on an early day trip. On our last day we were able to leave our cases to collect later and when we returned the owners called a taxi for us and served us coffee and water in the garden while we waited. When we went to get the taxi we realised the owner had been waiting outside for the taxi to ensure we didn't miss it. Absolutely outstanding service- like staying in a 5* hotel. It really felt like a lovely home from home and at such a reasonable price we could not recommend enough.

A beautiful hotel, in a great location 15mins walk from the train station and with the Santa Maria Catherdral right at the end of the road. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and very happy to help with restaurant recommendations and bookings etc. The daily happy hour in the garden was great. Thank you!

We stayed here for two nights and really recommend it! The hosts are super helpful and welcoming - they gave us great restaurant recommendations with super useful info on each, provided a complimentary bottle of prosecco as it was our honeymoon and made the best cocktails we've had in a long time. We loved happy hour, such a great idea, delicious cocktails and to top it off one each free per night, all enjoyed in the terrace garden. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious with a really comfy bed. Great location down a pretty side street a stone's throw from the Duomo. Thanks for having us!
