We stayed for a little over 2 weeks while in Italy, the location is awesome, the balcony has a gorgeous view of the city and of the Duomo. AC works great, clean, central. We loved it and would recommend it and stay here again. It is located in the oldest piazza in Florence, 2 restaurants right out the main entrance door and shopping more eating and drinking at every corner. Absolutely amazing!

Our stay was incredible. The room, and especially the view from the terrace, were breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Florence.

Absolutely wonderful. Great location and unlike any other place we’ve ever stayed.

First and foremost it has nice views of the Duomo from a spacious apartment in the perfect location. It’s clean, good bathroom and showers (though weirdly in the middle of the room). Nice touch to have a nespresso machine and complimentary Prosecco. But do not confuse it for a hotel. It’s more of an AirBnB with minimal information on procedures. Specifically, there was no procedure to check out. Staff were not helpful and misled us about ability to leave luggage after checking out (not possible). Nobody was there to collect keys on a Sunday. So, hopefully you have a morning train from Florence or your own car — otherwise you’ll be stuck carrying your bags throughout the city on the day you check out. If you check out on a Sunday, use your FOB to open the large doors, leave your key on the reception deck and run out before the doors close again!

Overall we had a good stay. The location is amazing. Just half a mile from train station. The views from the terrace were spectacular and right in the middle of the square with so many bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The river Arno was only a short walk away. Communication with the management company was also great. However just a few things that could be better: Some sort of window covering on the patio/terrace windows would have helped. The only shower in the property is over the jacuzzi in the middle of the room. Not ideal. Difficult to climb in and out off, plus there was a bad smell from the drain There were a number of devices on the ceiling, assuming smoke alarms but they have a flashing red light which in the dead of night seem much bigger and are irritating Would be good to provide instructions on the dishwasher - maybe it was faulty but we couldn’t get it to work. Also extra bin bags and washing up liquid would be good.

Beautiful apartment with incredible view of the Duomo. Nice size apartment, very modern and nicely appointed. View directly on the Duomo. Nice terrace to enjoy. Lovely bathroom, though I didn't like the glass enclosed shower in the middle of the room. Small kitchen to do some cooking. Great location. Quiet. They were helpful in receiving a package I had sent to the apartment. Check in process was bad. They asked me to meet someone at 2. He did not show up until 2:35, no communication that he would be late. I called their number multiple times, but no one ever answered the phone. They did provide a bottle of wine as an apology, but it did not make up for the aggravation at the moment. The apartment is managed by a hotel group. They were hard to contact. They did respond to emails. This is not a hotel so don't expect service. Apartment is in an office building, however there are 2 cafe/bars down stairs.

The apartment was the best apartment I have ever stayed in! Great condition and everything you could need. The free Prosecco and coffee was a bonus I was not expecting! The quality of the finishes in the apartment were amazing as well as the bath robes and towels. But the best bit was the view... what can I say... It's better than the pictures! The apartment was bigger than I expected! The communications with the host were fantastic as I had been running late with flights!

My wife and I stayed for two weeks for our honeymoon. The rooftop Duomo view and eating area was amazing. Staying in Piazza della Repubblica was perfect location of Florence. The unit was well appointed with all amenities required. We could live there! Book with no hesitation!
