火奴魯魯Prestige的Donatello公寓(Donatello Apartments by Firenze Prestige)

It was great place to stay with family. Enough number of beds, 2 shared laundry machines, clean room, good location just next to the station. I will definately come back here when I will stay in Firenze again. There was a guy assisted our check-in and he was very kind of explaining everything. Thank you very much!

La ubicación es magnífica, enfrente de la estación de tren, y a pocos minutos caminando del Duomo y las principales atracciones. Los ambientes son muy amplios, cómodos y luminosos. Faltan muchos detalles. La vajilla muy despareja, lo que fue quedando. El que reservamos era un departamento para cuatro en el que había un cuchillo, dos vasos, más tapas que ollas. No había repasador, aceite, detergente, elementos de uso cotidiano que no se llevan en la valija. En el momento del check in pedimos un jarro para calentar agua ya que no había. Quedaron en traerlo esa noche, lo que no ocurrió ninguno de los cinco días de nuestra estadía. La limpieza puede mejorar, encontramos una gomita de cabello de otro huésped. La ducha no desagotaba bien.

Very clean, felt safe, directly cross from SM Novella train station, the Hop on and off bus stop and luggage storage place. I would stay here again. But I did feel a little pressure to get here at exactly our meeting time, since we were arriving by train from another city.

Idéalement situé pour visiter la ville à pied A conseiller pour 2 personnes, lit d’appoint très mauvais. Attention peut être bruyant une seule porte sépare l’appartement d’un autre (impression de passer la soirée avec les voisins)

The property is in a great location with it easy to get around the city with train and bus stop’s literally outside the door or other attractions within walking distance. Some amenities and the cleanliness of the floors could be improved, however, overall it is a great property.

The location is great and the apartment is spacious. Coffee was provided and a washer/dryer was available which was great. Having to be on a timeline to checkin is tough if you are coming in from out of town. Extra $40 for late checkin is too much. We turned off the heat in Oct because it was hot and stuffy.. the bedroom faces the busy street and train station so it was really noisy. Also, it requires multiple codes and keys to get into the building complex, then into bldg. 1, then int o the room- not super easy and every time I turned the locking knob to get into the room by fingers were scraped. would probably just get a regular hotel room next time.

Beautiful spacious apartments. Our host was very helpful, and always replied back to my queries very promptly. The apartment's themselves were very clean and modern. Literally a stone's throw from the Florence train station, all of the windows are double glazed so you could hear zero outside noise when closed. A 10min walk to the centre of Florence and 5min walk to the daily markets. Would highly recommend for families.

The apt was clean and spacious and was conveniently located right across the street from the train station and in walking distance to many attractions. It was also close to a super market and restaurants. Our host was very nice, she met us late in the evening and helped us find the apt. The only thing I would have liked was a more comfortable bed (it was soooo hard) and a bigger shower (it was very small). Other than that, it was a great place to stay, I would stay again.
