佛羅倫薩J.K. 廣場酒店(The Place Firenze)

Durante il mio recente soggiorno a Firenze, ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare a The Place Firenze, un hotel che ha recentemente subito un'attenta ristrutturazione. L'hotel si distingue per il suo raffinato gusto e l'attenzione ai dettagli, che si riflette in ogni angolo della struttura. La camera in cui ho soggiornato era perfetta, con arredi che rispecchiavano lo stile e l'eleganza dell'hotel. Il bagno, moderno e ben arredato, completava l'esperienza di comfort. Fin dal mio arrivo, l'accoglienza è stata eccezionale: il personale offre un servizio personalizzato che fa sentire veramente a casa. Un momento particolarmente piacevole è stato l'aperitivo che abbiamo preso nello spazio esterno riservato, situato in una bellissima piazza Santa Maria Novella. Anche qui, il servizio è stato impeccabile. The Place Firenze si configura non solo come un hotel, ma come una vera e propria boutique di ospitalità, dove ogni dettaglio è pensato per garantire un'esperienza indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca un soggiorno esclusivo nel cuore di Firenze.

l'hotel est très bien placé , le personnel très accueillant . le bémol : les chambres sont très petites , le rapport qualité-prix est élevé les produits de toilettes ne sont pas très bons . Pas de dentifrice . A ce niveau de prix !!! Il n'y a pas de bouilloire, ni de machine à café dans la chambre ; Nous sommes donc allés dans le salon prendre un thé , café , jus de fruits , mais nous n'avons signé aucune addition et avons donc cru que ce service était offert pour compenser l'absence dans les chambres . Mauvaise surprise :le thé et café aux alentours de 10 euros avec 4 petits sablés nous sont comptabilisés lors du réglement de l'addition . Nous ne savions pas que c'était payant, puisque on ne nous a pas proposé non plus de carte avec des tarifs . Dommage car dans le niveau de prix que nous avons payé , la pliule passe mal . Pas sur que nous reviendrons

L'Hotel è molto bello, il personale è fantastico, ti accoglie con gentilezza e cordialità, ti vizia durante tutto il soggiorno, sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni tua richiesta. Siamo stati felici di soggiornare per la seconda volta al The Place e sicuramente torneremo!

We had early evening drinks here, on seating at the edge of the square. It had a lovely view of Santa Maria Novella church. We were seated on comfy sofas. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. Drinks were a bit more expensive than other places, but in with the price you got tasty roasted, salted almonds and three little canapes - all beautifully presented. The whole experience was just lovely.

Perfekt in jeder Hinsicht. Wir verbrachten 4 fantastische Tage in diesem superfreundlichem Hotel. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns sehr herzlich willkommen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, und die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar - inmitten der wunderschönen Altstadt von Florenz und in Gehweite zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück auf der Terasse war köstlich. Alle Restaurantempfehlungen und Buchungen perfekt und Eintrittskarten und Tour Guide perfekt organisiert. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Hotel The Place!"

From the moment we set foot into the hotel, we knew we were in for an extraordinary experience. The ambiance of the lobby area is very inviting and sets the stage for what to expect from your room. We reserved two superior rooms, which left nothing to be desired. From the incredible comfortable bed, the luxurious bathrobes, the divine smelling bath amenities to the fresh fruit every day, we were over the moon. The attentive staff (I mean every single one of the staff members we met) added an extra layer of brilliance to our stay. Their dedication and passion were evident in every interaction. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. You are in for an exceptional experience.
