Decent price, a fair bit of walk to the city centre.

Siamo stati nel periodo di febbraio . Pessimo alloggio … lavorano solo moglie e marito con un cane dove oltretutto abbiamo trovato le sue feci davanti alla nostra porta . Colazione scarsa senza nemmeno le brioches, cappuccino bruciato poiché usavano le stesse cialde per 10 cappuccini , senza nemmeno varietà di scelta . Camere mediocri . Personale scortese !

DO NOT STAY HERE! We went July 2023 only to discover this hotel is not only in very scary part of town (do not venture out after dark, women) but also a long way to the city center. -Rooms are hot and my room was like a dungeon with a sloping roof so you can’t stand up in most of it. Also a tiny slit of a window right near the ceiling (does not open) Also, blow dryer does not work. I took a video that I’m happy to share. -The make manager was incredibly rude and immediately called our teens “dumb Americans” (we are Canadians) as we walked in because they asked for the wifi password. -He turned off the wifi while we were there and only after asking repeatedly, did he walk away and put it back on - The “breakfast” is not breakfast…it is several items of commercially packaged mini cakes.They could not find me a black tea bag. - You HAVE a curfew of 10pm…because at 10pm or he goes to bed and turns off the key activated door to get into the hotel. -He refused to take credit card for the city tax. He yelled at us “I told you this when you arrived!” although he did not. We ended up having to traipse around trying to find an ATM so we could leave. -Alrhough we had paid for 3 nights, WE LEFT after the first night…we were so unhappy with the location, the incredibly rude manager and the 1 star rooms. RUN AWAY, DO NOT STAY HERE

Great stay in this family operated hotel. Maurizio didn't treat us like clients, he treated us like family. He also gave us great tips about visiting Florence and his wife made the best coffee I had during our trip. Thanks again.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo Hotel. Non posso che dire Grazie ai proprietari per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. La camera era spaziosa, pulita (PULIZIA IMPECCABILE), stanza insonorizzata, letto comodissimo. L’Hotel è vicino al centro (10 min a piedi dalla Piazza di Santa Maria Novella). Il Check-in è dalle 14:00, ma essendo arrivati in anticipo con estrema gentilezza ci hanno invitati a lasciare il bagaglio, che abbiamo trovato poi direttamente in stanza. Torneremo sicuramente in questo Hotel, quando torneremo a Firenze

PRO Hotel modesto in una buona posizione per raggiungere abbastanza comodamente il centro di Firenze a piedi. La struttura è all'interno di un palazzo. La pulizia dei locali è assolutamente ineccepibile, sia degli spazi comuni che della stanza. La stanza (ero nella 5, al primo piano) è spaziosa, arredamento spartano ma ben tenuto, il letto è grande e comodo (il materasso è duro, ma è il tipo che preferisco, quindi non è un fattore negativo). E' una stanza che affaccia su Via delle Mosse, che è molto trafficata anche a tarda sera, ma a differenza di quanto ho letto in altre recensioni, una volta chiusa la finestra, il rumore è completamente cessato ed è calato il silenzio. La rete Wi-Fi è protetta da password -che si può trovare stampata su un foglio in reception, non in stanza- e funzionava perfettamente. Il signore alla reception -di cui purtroppo non mi sono ricordato di chiedere il nome- è stato simpatico e disponibile. Può essere che il portoncino sia chiuso quando arrivate. Nel tastierino basta premere il pulsante con la campanella per allertare la reception (io non me ne sono accorto e mi hanno aperto comunque dopo averli chiamati). DOWN Forse migliorabile la colazione (che mi è stata gentilmente offerta, quindi lungi da me il lamentarmi). La stanza dove ho pernottato non ha aria condizionata (come riportato nella descrizione della camera al momento della prenotazione su Booking), ma visti i sicuramente stringenti limiti architettonici del comune di Firenze in merito, la cosa non mi stupisce e il meteo clemente non me ne ha fatto sentire la mancanza. La TV (per ospiti a cui può interessare, a me non ha causato alcun disagio) è un po' piccola.

-- Please avoid this place like the plague -- The staff was extremely rude and useless (wait till he responds to this review, like he did to all the other negative posts) -- AC is turned off during the night while it is 40 degrees outside -- Owner clearly doesn't care about the guests needs and the towels are changed irregularly, which I have never seen before at a "hotel" -- Take your money and run far far away from this place Best regards

Le propriétaire était bête comme ses pieds. Sa femme parlait seulement italien. Il ferme l'air conditionné dans le jour et l'allume lors de notre retour en fin de journée . J'ai demandé pour avoir l'air conditionné plus froid car il fait chaud mais ils nous a dit que nous n'étions pas des pingouins. Des personnes de notre groupe a demandé a une amie de venir les rejoindre a l'hotel avant qu'ils partent tous au restaurant. Il s'est engueulé avec cette personne car il ne voulait aucun visiteur a son hotel. Le déjeuner est horrible . Pas de toast, cereales et des desserts qui sont sec. Nous avons fait plusieurs hotel de 3* en Italie qui était tres bien, acceuillant et des bons déjeuners. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hotel.

Comoda la posizione dell hotel perché in 20 minuti sei in centro. La camera era semplice ma pulita. Le dotazioni in bagno sono al risparmio. Una saponetta piccola e due bustine di bagnoschiuma appoggiate sulla mensola e un rotolo di carta igienica quasi finito. Per colazione scelta tra pezzetti di torta tagliata a cubetti di 4 cm, merendine modello trancino confezionate e biscotti che non sapevano di niente. Nemmeno una brioche. Il "tutto" a 7 euro. Era meglio se andavo al bar
