帕拉佐羅塞利切克尼酒店的評價

Aufgrund einer Flugannullierung haben wir eine Nacht in dem Hotel gebucht. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Wir sind mit dem Taxi vom Bahnhof angereist. Es hat alles gut geklappt. Das Hotel hat einen tollen Charme. Der Aufzug ist sehr alt und hat auch seinen eigenen Charme. Die Zimmer sind kein aber ausreichen. Es ist ein schöner Mix zwischen alt und neu. Die Zimmer genügen u.E. jedoch allen modernen Anforderungen. Wir hatten auch ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer und haben gut geschlafen. Wir haben im Hotel nicht gefrühstückt. Wir wollten es morgens noch nachbuchen, das war jedoch nicht möglich. Wir waren mit unseren Aufenthalt in dem Hotel sehr zufrieden.

Hotel bellissimo, pulito e centralissimo, unica pecca, c è scritto parcheggio privato ma è da pagare a parte , ed essendo tutta ZTL conviene assolutamente pagarlo !ad ogni modo vale la pena andarci perché è un tipico palazzo fiorentino , e poi personale gentilissimo

Gentilezza dello staff e grande raffinatezza dell'hotel. Camera silenziosa, piccola ma molto accogliente. Una bellissima scoperta. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Palazzo d'epoca di grande fascino molto signorile. Posizione strategica

First, the location - .3 mile from Santa Croce and Ufizzi Gallery. Nine rooms on the 2nd (really 4th) floor of a 500 year old building, small elevator built in 1929. Room was very modern with historic details, included breakfast was simple (fruit, yogurt, pastries) really good and more than adequate, service was extraordinary.

真是可惜，因為飯店位置絕佳：風景優美，位於市中心，極度安靜，房間寬敞……滿分10分。員工非常友好，早餐也棒極了，簡直就像私人管家服務一樣……滿分10分。但是服務方面卻有很多不足，例如：八月中旬空調壞了，有一天房間裡竟然沒有衛生紙，什麼都沒有，淋浴/桑拿房的門關不嚴，感覺隨時會壞掉，房卡讀卡器也用不了……簡直是一場災難，零分。真是遺憾，因為其他方面都無可挑剔。

Pessimo! È arrivata dopo 2 mesi una multa per sosta vietata!! il garage dove la struttura fa riferimento ha parcheggiato l’auto sul marciapiede di fronte all’ingresso del Palazzo, una volta arrivata la multa ho chiamato la struttura e mi hanno delicatamente detto che non è un problema loro!!! Pessimi pessimi pessimi

We required to move from our original accommodation at very short notice,(due to the air con failing), almost midnight and the temperature, even at that time of night, being over 30 degrees. In desperation we phoned the Palazzo Roselli Cecconi. They could not have been any more helpful. They made the necessary arrangements super quick and we took access within 15 minutes of calling! They really went above and beyond for us. When we saw the room we could have cried with joy. A large tastefully decorated room, very large bed, mini bar, separate dressing area and a large bathroom with shower and bath. Just as importantly the air con was fabulous. It seemed like heaven. We found the large bed to be fantastically comfy. Our room was really quiet. We slept like logs for the 3 nights we were there. The mini bar was well stocked with good quality wines and fizz (Antinori!), beers, spirits, water and cola. The Palazzo is a 16th century palace, with a gorgeous courtyard and a 95 year old quaint, wood panelled lift that we just loved. It is situated in an ideal spot. All the major attractions are within easy walking distance. Have I mentioned how helpful and nice the staff are!!! We simply loved staying here and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Firenze.

Elegante, requintado, nobre

我們滿懷期待地抵達，選擇這家酒店是看中了它的地理位置和停車服務。我們到了4號房間，之前有人評論過，我覺得還可以。我去洗手間，結果看到了最糟糕的景象，連公共洗手間都沒看過！馬桶座圈上明顯沾滿了尿漬，馬桶周圍的地板也是！我投訴後，他們居然說「十年都沒發生過這種事」！我還看到幾根模糊不清的頭髮。房間有坐浴盆，但是沒有毛巾！我覺得這根本不是447歐元一晚房間的藉口！不過就算價格再低點，也肯定不值！吃早餐的時候，我指出我的椅子上有鴿子糞，他們換了一把，放在了隔壁桌！祝下一位客人好運！真是太糟糕了！至少他們還想著要給我打折作為補償！

At arrival we waited for minutes onto the street with our luggage but the was there was no one to open the gate. We shout and there was someone from another shop wgho could open the gate. The hotel is on the second floor of a building but upon arrival at the reception there was nobody, only a paper with an telephone. I tried to call the number but no one ansered the phone. Finally someone appeared. The elevtor to reach the hotel is a very old lift with flapping doors so it's a real hassle to use when you have to put luggage in or out. Even with shopping bags in your hands it's a hassle. At 08:00 there shouls be breakfast, but it was not there before 08:15 and the breakfast is not what i would call breakfast; only a croissant a cup of fruit and jam that was it. Service is very poor! Rooms are ok but there are no plugs at the desk!

My husband and I stayed here during my birthday celebration in Tuscany. It had an elegant boutique hotel vibe that was also historic and charming. The hotel staff were overall pleasant and welcoming. The gentleman assigned to the front desk was helpful but also had a quirky personality, particularly when a question was asked of him as his facial expressions were somewhat puzzling. Parking is outsourced to a third party garage service so it took some time for our rental car to be picked up and then brought back to us. Fortunately, the palazzo’s location was conveniently located close to key sights and restaurants. We enjoyed walking all around Florence. Our room was very clean and had elegant and historic touches but also needed some minor sprucing up as we noticed the white curtains were torn. The housekeeping staff person was very thorough in cleaning our room. The continental breakfast was adequate with coffee, espresso, juice, pastries and fruit with no savory items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again if we’re in the area.
