Je ne comprends ce que représentent les photos , terrasse et jardin qui n'ont rien à voir avec le lieu . Pas plus que la salle à manger qui n'existe pas . D'où vient ces photos? 2eme étage sans ascenseur via Dante, très bien situé.Avantage non négligeable. La chambre que j'avais n'a rien à voi non plus avec celles que je vois sur les photos. Aucune vue, fenêtres qui donnent surr un mur, sauf celle de la sdb. sdB très vétuste.

Ottima accoglienza del sig.Nino ma difficilmente reperibile nel momento del bisogno. Camera (non corrispondente alla prenotazione) piccola, fredda , senza antenna tv funzionante, telecomando climatizzatore richiesto e mai pervenuto e termosifone non usufruibile, armadio molto datato e senza ante. Bagno esterno e distante, senza bidet. Inoltre il secondo e terzo giorno non disponibile acqua calda. Colazione inesistente, unica nota positiva del soggiorno è la facilità di raggiungimento di tutti i luoghi emblematici di Firenze. Trattamento clienti da migliorare decisamente! P.S.ATTENZIONE ALLA STANZA 6!

La posizione è esattamente in centro, tra le due piazze principali di Firenze (duomo e signoria), raggiungibili entrambe in 2 minuti a piedi. Il titolare ci ha accolti con gentilezza e puntualità e durante il soggiorno è stato presente e disponibile. La camera è accogliente e pulita. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

The biggest surprise is the fifty stairs that we had to traverse to get to our room. We are 75 and 78 and going up and down the stairs was difficult at times especially with luggage. This should be in the advertisement for the room.

Great location and the host was very nice and accommodating. Air conditioning could have been better and the bed was a little hard.

The location of this property is fantastic; it really is central to the sights of Florence and we appreciated the dining/sight-seeing recommendations given to us on check-in. The bathroom is uncomfortably small, and the air conditioning can't cope with properly cooling the room (but was able to take the full heat out), but the room was very clean, staff lovely, and we enjoyed our stay.

Very local hotel room, nice destination in the middle of Florence. Pretty simple interior, unfortunately the ac was not working so well. The service was pretty nice and helpful.

Great location, clean property, be aware of high stairs within the building to get to the apartment. Overpriced.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence. The location was very central and we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. We were lucky enough as right next door to us we had lots of eating places plus a convenient supermarket and fruit shop. Elena our host was very helpful. Thank you, Elena.

Dei Mori is like staying in a Florentine home. Elena who manages the property is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean, the location is incredible! You have keys and can come and go as you please.The A/C goes off from approx 8am until 2/3pm as I recall, to help save energy, which I think is perfectly reasonable, as most guests are out at those times anyway. There's free WiFi and a fridge in the hallway. There's a great place for breakfast around the corner and a mini supermarket next door which is very handy. If you need a quiet, safe place to stay right in the heart of the historic centre, don't mind climbing stairs to 2nd floor, and are pretty independent, then this is the place for you. If however you're looking for extras like breakfast, free toiletries, a 24hr concierge and an elevator, then a hotel is probably better suited to your needs. Grazie mille Elena for a lovely stay.

This is a well run bnb (no food served). It's kept fairly clean and well decorated. Building is old like most in Italy but it's well maintained. The location is perfect as everything is walkable distance. I can go out, if I get tired come home take a nap and head out again without losing much time from getting home. Immediate neighborhood isn't too noisy as it's a few minutes away from hectic areas. There's also a mini fridge in the hallway (which was a nice surprise as it wasn't advertised). Price was reasonable so I'd likely come back in the future.

Can’t recommend enough! The area was so perfect and worth the price. We were walking distance to all the main sights. The room was clean and we felt our stuff was secure the whole time. The host was so lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay again
