"優雅工作室"(Atelier Delle Grazie)

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, se nota que ha sido remodelado, el asunto es que está en un callejón un poco inseguro por las noches porque no tiene suficiente iluminación, había borrachos orinando afuera a dos casas. Es una ciudad muy pequeña y el hotel está súper ubicado en el centro, si hubiera más iluminación sería mejor. La habitación muy limpia y con un tamaño muy aceptable.

There was nothing good about this place. They kept calling us and calling us to see when we would be checking in and were annoyed when we wanted to arrive at the hotel later than originally planned. When we got to the street of the hotel, we called and called the hotel-- no answer. We walked to the property-- it was in a dark alley and the place was locked. We called again and only after 45 minutes did they call back with all kinds of excuses. By then we booked ourselves somewhere else. We would like our money back completely. As is customary throughout the world one would expect that when you check into a hotel, the staff would greet them-- we couldn't even get a call back.

centraal gelegen atelier hotel in hartje Firenze. bovenste etage met houten dakbeschot. veel gekraak vanuit het dak in de nacht. prachtig badruimte met alle comfort. Bij vertrek konden wij geen taxi richting airport bestellen en taxiservice naar hotel erg aan de prijs 80 euro ipv 24 euro. Brandveiliging op orde maar geen ontsnappen aan bij brand. goede airco

Localização excelente, próximo aos principais pontos da cidade. Recomendadíssimo! Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa!

可愛的員工，可愛的房間，但是從凌晨 1 點到 4 點非常吵，因為附近有一家夜總會，打擾了我們的睡眠。

El lugar está en una excelente ubicación, y excelente tamaño y cuidado. Sin embargo nos toco un cuarto que daba a la calle y el ruido no nos dejó dormir una noche

Una remodelación excelente, el lugar muy bien ubicado y la atención de Beata excelente. Muy agradable estancia.
