Море через дорогу - это хорошо, и места всем хватает, но на пляже много мусора. Окна отеля выходят на море - надеялись послушать шум волн))), но постоянный лай беспризорных собак не давал насладиться . Завтрак очень скромный; ужин в ресторане, где завтрак - не понравился. Отель использовали, что бы переночевать, но даже при этом было дискомфортно без холодильника и без чайника! Мебель и сантехника устали( Wi-fi- отвратительный Рядом есть магазины ( продукты, пляжные принадлежности), кафе.

Was not sure what to expect from a 3 star hotel in Çalış. We got in to the reception and found a pleasant environment and a friendly welcome. We checked in to 308, a clean but basic room, a little dated and in need of a refurb. Side view with a side view of the sea over the trees. We un packed then went for a walk of the local area, as it was tea time. This place has the best sunsets I've ever seen. As the holiday went on, we realised how relaxed and at ease we felt with all the staff. Bars to cleaners. My wife's birthday was on the 14th and when we got back to the room in the afternoon there was a bunch of flowers and fresh towels on the beds, a nice touch. The two brothers restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Beautifully flavoured and piping hot food. Speaking to the owners, they are they said that plans were ongoing for a refurb in the closed season. We went to a few lovely restaurants on the sea front and a full breakfast on the *****. Can't come next year but have decided to return in September 26. Thank you Brothers, will see you in 2 years 👍

What a wonderful hotel! Super friendly staff, stunning beach side location. Beautiful pool gardens and relaxing bar/drinks area to watch spectacular sunsets. Rooms were very basic but clean and comfortable and will definitely return.

This is a lovely hotel, with a very friendly atmosphere. Some people mentioned the rooms being dated and needing a touch up but I found them clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good too. Not the best space in terms of wardrobe and drawers. My main issue was the breakfast. Having stayed before, when it was exceptional I was disappointed. I’m particularly keen on good Feta, olives and rolls and those three mains were the cheapest possible. There are eggs daily and pancakes on one day. A fair few salads as well. There is lots of choice but the quality isn’t great. It’s a shame they can’t have the pancake mix out everyday, that’s the nicest thing they do. Most people seemed happy enough but I did notice that a lot of people had their own additions on the table. There is a lovely restaurant called The Cactus a few doors down. The food was lovely and it was the only place we got a meal for two for under £20. Sadly it’s not on tripadvisor. The pool is really lovely and the area around has plenty of sun beds and shade. Some little black flies that nip have put me off returning but they are all along the coast. Both sides of the hotel have sea views. One side has views over Fethiye the other the pool. I prefer pool view but the Fethiye side is quieter in the evening. If the breakfast was better and there was a little more storage in the rooms I would have given 4 stars.

We have just returned from 8 nights at the Mutlu. This is our 2nd visit to Calis and we have now re booked the Mutlu for 2024 - for 14 nights!! We can't wait!! There is something really magical about Calis beach and the hotel Mutlu / Brothers restaurant really really added more to the majestic feel. Location is just perfect! The calmness of the sea in the morning whilst you have your morning coffee and the sun set at night with your cocktail you just can't beat it! Yes the hotel rooms could do with some TLC, we had a room facing the park over the kitchens but we knew about that before we went. We have got a pool side view for 2024 which i would recommend ... now we have booked :-) The rooms were exceptionally clean. The maid came in daily new towels and new bedding which you don't get everywhere you go. Yes i agree the rooms could do with a little attention and who nos it might be on there job list for this winter! My only other criticism was the breakfast whilst omelettes were offered every other day - i wish they were daily... i do feel it was maybe missing more fruit options and pastries. That being said that's our personal preference. We did have the brothers breakfast a couple of times and that was amazing!! Other than that - hotel Mutlu & Cails we can't wait to return and we will see you in 344 days!! Hotel itself is in a lovely location and the bar and pool area’s are very nice, but as for the room we were in its was not great, in major need of upgrade socks and skirting boards coming off the wall and vary large water stain with flaking paint in bathroom, we did complain but were told they were full so couldn’t move us, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding was changed regularly, we were in room 108 with limited see view very limited

We were visiting the Mutlu for the second time having been there 4 years ago. It was much the same a little run down but generally adequate. I would just like to inform anyone visiting to be aware that there is a £15 charge for use of the room safe and £40 charge for a fridge in your room which is a bit steep to my mind. Also the Wi-Fi doesn't work on the room we complained about the Wi-Fi but we're told 'yes it doesn't work" . As I've said, all round it was a great holiday but if just a few things to sorted it out would enhance our visit. I hope the management read these reviews and would welcome a reply

We have just returned from a lovely family holiday on calis beach at the mutlu hotel which was for a family wedding . Our overall experience was very good ,all the staff at the hotel were very friendly especially the staff at the Brothers restaurant who were excellent, and the food at lunch and evening meal were delicious and well presented And all the bar staff were great fun and made delicious cocktails. The lady who cleaned our Room was warm and friendly and came in everyday to clean the room and change the towels. The pool was kept very clean and tidy with plenty of mattresses for the sunbeds , some inflatables and noodles were available to use. Our one criticism would be that the Hotel is in need of a major refurbishment The hotel lobby is very dated ,even the clock on the wall is stuck at 7.30 !!! Our room had lots of peeling paint on the walls , most plug sockets were loose which must be a health and safety issue. Where there had been holes in the wall they were just covered with selotape There was no stool for the dressing table The bathroom was clean and a nice strong shower ,however the door did not open properly as the toilet was in the way. We had room 214 which was a seafront room with a tiny balcony but a stunning view over the bay . I mentioned all these points to the lady on reception and she said they were hoping to start refurbishing in the winter ,let’s hope this happens. Thank you for a pleasant stay

Wow what a lovely holiday! Have just returned from two fabulous weeks at Hotel Mutlu. The pool, bar and coffee shop area is gorgeous, stylish and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly but don’t over intrude if you just want some peace. There were always plenty of sunbeds too. The rooms, although a little tired in decor, were kept spotless by the cheerful and incredibly hardworking chambermaid and the beds are very comfy. The balcony is tiny but it does give great views of the sea. The location is perfect- on the beach at the quiet end of Calis but only a 5 minute stroll to all the shops, restaurants, the dolmus and the water taxi. The breakfast is a typical Turkey buffet with breads, cheese, honey etc and there was usually watermelon and sometimes they cooked omelettes and pancakes. Most of the other guests had been there many times before and I can see why. Definitely the best place to stay in Calis!

Very pleased with our stay here Hotel very clean and well kept inside and outside. Frequent towel and bed linen change,pool and surroundings very well tended.Pool bar and food good, with a friendly service.Hotel position as good as it gets.We would be more than happy to stay here again

The hotel was on the whole very good. The lady who cleaned our room (111) was amazing, she worked very hard and was always so cheerful and friendly. The room was supplied with clean towels daily, plenty of loo roll and the bedlinen was changed regularly. There are no tea or coffee making facilities so you need to bring your own kettle if you like to have a hot drink in your room. A supermarket is close by for getting milk and other provisions. There are limited provision of toiletries in the room, just some small shampoo supplies and hand soap. The cost of the key for the safe was £15 per week and to hire the fridge was another £20 per week, so £70 extra on a 2 week holiday which is a hidden charge. I would rather have these included and pay more initially for the room. The pool/ garden/ bar area was lovely with plenty of sun loungers. The beach is right by the hotel so you can simply swim in the sea if you prefer. You can also hire 2 sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach if you like for about £7 per day. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. A river taxi is just behind the hotel which takes you directly to Fethiye main town in about 30 minutes for around £2 or you can walk there in around 45 minutes. Wifi was sporadic in our room and we did not have any connection for the last 3 days. Rooms overlooking the pool can be disturbed by the bar below being open until around 1am or so. If you want a quiet room I suggest you requesting this. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is family run and the owners were also very nice. We had several lunches at the hotel which were delicious and also a couple of main meals in the evening. The breakfast was very basic and we did not always bother to go down for this. The first week there was a problem with flies around the buffet breakfast and I was surprised that food covers were not being used. Someone must of complained as a fan was then used to keep the flies off the water melon, cheeses and salami and the yoghurt and other food stuffs were covered with chefs hair nets. I would recommend this hotel, it is basic and perhaps a few things could be improved but overall we had a lovely stay and a lovely holiday. The location is excellent. The hotel outlook across the bay is stunning.

We stayed 2 weeks at Mutlu Hotel, where we received a very warm welcome. All of the staff in the hotel, newly refurbished bar and restaurant are so friendly and willing to help holiday makers enjoy their stay. The rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh bedding and towels changed daily too. The gardens and pool area are well kept with plenty of sunbeds situated in full sun or shady areas. Having the new 'Brothers' restaurant situated at the hotel is a great addition as breakfast has improved and their lunch and evening meals are plentiful and delicious! The hotel is situated in the perfect location for us, close to restaurants, bars, water taxi, shops & on the beach. The ideal place to relax and watch the world go by day or night, especially at sunset.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel at 2am in the morning we were made to feel so welcome. Great start to our holiday. Could not fault the service and hospitality we received from Engin & Vulcan. Hotel was spotless, beds comfy. Pool area very pretty and clean. Loved the fact every thing was so close and yet lovely and quiet. Without a dout one of the best holidays we have had. Already booked for next year 😎

Really lovely clean, friendly hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but the recently renovated pool, bar, restaurant and coffee shop more than make up for this. You’ve got to try Ada’s world famous Cosmopolitan. Best you’ll get this side of New York. ❤️Excellent Brotjers restaurant adjoined - great food, great service and perfect location. Thanks to the ‘brothers’ for an amazing stay. 5 stars ****^
