The rooms are fine, but the absence of a manned reception from 13.00-17.00 and after 23.00 can cause problems - don't forget the key card in your room as the emergency telephone no. is attached to the key card. They have an automated check in system, but it is poorly designed, so I couldn't get access. It turned out that that the reservation no. asked for is not the one you're given from the portal and that the first name asked for was the initials that appear on my credit card (first and surname were the alternative option). They were completely unapologetic about this and suggested that everybody else were at fault, not themselves, and that they intended to do nothing about it. This service attitude let's down an otherwise pleasant hotel.
