The person I met on the reception was on phone through out my service (personal phone calls ). The room was dirty, the bathroom was terrible, the toilet sit was dirty and had stains. I wouldn't want book with this hotel ever again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. When I made the reservation it was for Friday night. It came up for Tuesday. I immediately tried to alter the dates. Trip.com tried to get the hotel to make the adjustment. They refused and now I out $88. It's a shame that they could not make the adjustment. Quality Inn hotels will never see my business again. And to top it off I have been a guest privilege member for over 20 years.

Front desk was helpful. However - the rooms were dirty. The floors were laminate and one would think they would be easier to keep clean. This was not the case. After getting cleaned up for the evening and walking from the bathroom to the bed my feet were black. As well as those who were with me. I created a path from the bathroom to the bed with towels so our feet would not get dirty again.
There was an odor ********* on the property and in the hotel in places. The air freshener was so strong it gave you a headache.
The entry looks nice but the carpets are very dirty. There was white particles around the door. The bed covers had bleach marks or something on them.
Also the pool was down which is the main reason I chose to stay at this hotel.
Also checked out the weight room - it left much to be desired.

Went well. Hotel wanted to charge $148 instead of the agreed upon $132, but they ended up agreeing to $133.
