Spent a nice time

Everything started off nicely. I stayed at this establishment two nights. First morning I enjoyed a nice hot breakfast consisting of bacon, toast, eggs, and cereal. Second morning, nothing. No milk for cereal, no bacon, and no eggs. Very disappointing. Staff did not seem to care. Very unprofessional.

We got our room and one of the beds had a huge pee stain. Went to the front desk to let them know about the situation and he gladly provided us with another room. Unfortunately in the morning around 8 am the cleaning crew were so inconsiderate with all the noise they were making, especially this early. Not a lot of people wake up that early. We had stayed here before (a year ago) aand and it was not like this. This place fallen apart so bad that my family and I could not believe it.

The rooms were dirty. We were given a room 316 went to it opened door and it was extremely hot, floors not vacuumed with crumbs all over floor, opened let our couch chips all in bed old deodorant bottles left in bed. Went to get another room give 416 room cleaner but let out bed still dirty and dispensers for soap broken. Husband and son went to get water and was stuck in elevator. The staff didnt hear emergency bell ring because she had on earbuds and phone in elevator didn't work. Husband calls me on cellphone I got down there and they had to all fire department to get my asthmatic husband and son out elevator. We had to ealk from the 4th floor to get out each day. This hotel was the worse.

This place was a dump. Customer service was terrible, I waited at the reception desk for 10 minutes before some random guy came from the back that didn’t work there, yet still tried to check me in. When the receptionist came he was not in uniform and looked like some random street guy. The rooms were dirty, switched rooms 3 times, towels had hair in it, the comforter was dirty with obvious body fluids on them (wish I could upload pics here). Pool was not open but still looked like a swamp. Avoid this place, couldn’t believe that a holiday inn was this bad. This independent location is terrible.

Water pressure in shower is abysmal. AC unit was extremely load and had to be turn off to sleep. Coffee was made in an old style percolator one pot at a time. Didn't use the pool but it was green. Lobby updated and beds were comfortable. Will choose not to stay here in the future as this hotel is subpar for Holiday Inn Express

Extremely disappointed with the property. It was very warm upon entering the lobby. Rejected the first room they gave me because it was hot and would take forever too cool down. Second room had the TV remote broken, blinds would not either go up or down, large areas of paint missing from the wall near blinds as well as in the hallway. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was very good, first time I had crispy bacon served, usually limpy. They obviously have an absent manager, because who would let these things go. Definitely not up to standards, I've never had a bad stay at a Holiday Inn Express until now.

HELLO, THE HOTEL WAS NICE AND CLEAN, BUT THE SHOWER IN OUR ROOM HAD LITTLE TO NO PRESSURE. WE WERE ASK TO BE MOVED, BUT WE STAYED THINKING THEY WOULD FIX IT WHILE WE WERE OUT, THEY DID NOT. MAINTENANCE NEED TO BE BETTER.

un hotel normal, lo unico q no me gusto es la cantidad de malos reviews que tiene este hotel cdo en realidad es un buen hotel
