道奇堡麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fort Dodge, IA)

You could tell the hotel had a great team of workers. They were super friendly and accommodating. They always had a smile and you could tell that they worked well together and really did a great job doing there jobs. The shower was pretty good with the endless hot water and good water pressure. There are a few upgrades that are needed. New beds and pillows would be great! And new toilets would really be nice. Maybe a few more pictures. The breakfast was a good selection and having coffee made all day was awesome. The pool could have been warmer. And the price for our stay was great! All in all it was a great experience! Thank you!

Property staff was very friendly and the breakfast options were good. The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was bad.

The morning gal was wonderful. She made sure we had breakfast before our early departure. The reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub and the breakfast. After booking a non refundable night, we got an email saying there was not hot tub. Up date your pictures...you led us astray.

The staff was great, they are in middle of updating which is good. But the bed was very hard and hurt my back and the satellite tv didnt work. Kept going out.

The person that checked us in was not very friendly or helpful. The person that checked us out was very helpful! We would stay again.

the property was good. Check out, not so much, they double charged us for the room. Called the hotel that night an all day today, still havent called me back and still havent corrected to double payment.

The pool thermostat was not working? Maybe? Anyway, the pool water was cold.

As always the wait staff was friendly and informative. The room was clean, we were notified of the remodeling that is being done. The continental breakfast could use a refreshing but overall the stay was fine.

Dry welcoming and friendly staff. Good location.
