Sehr nettes Hotel, super sauberes Zimmer, sehr schöner Pool, super Ausblick! Der Pool ist palmengesäumt und geht direkt in einen Strandbereich mit Palmen und kleinem Spielplatz über, für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern ideal. 👍

My wife and stayed at Lago Mar for one week and it was just an all around great experience for us. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous beginning with the front desk staff member at check-in. All of our servers at the restaurants on site were friendy and informative and very attentive. The pool and beach staff were also very professional along with the servers at the Promenade Bar and poolside. Our poolside server Nicole is the best! She's very friendly and treats you like family! We loved having the option of 2 pools during our stay that both have umbrellas and the seperate adult pool has cabanas at no charge! Try and find that at other resorts! The beach on the property is huge and has plenty of options for seating including free lounge chairs along with umbrellas and cabanas for a small charge for the entire day. We also enjoyed the different dining options onsite as well as room service. Room service prices were surprisingly reasonable and we used it frequently on days we didn’t feel like doing much. There's a few gift shops onsite as well in case you need anything you may have forgotten from home or snacks you might like, also for reasonable prices. The 3 things that stuck out most to us compared to other resorts is that Lago Mar doesn't tack on daily resort fees, there's no charge for parking (1 car limit per room) and the A/C was great and didn't have that humid muggy feeling like some hotel rooms have. My wife and I will definitely be returning

Lago Mar Beach resort Was a great place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly. We arrived early, a room wasn't ready but they let us use the facility until a room was ready. Super nice of their staff.

Dinner dining experience and meal quality were excellent. Breakfast buffet was disappointing. Limited fresh fruit options. Housekeeping staff appeared to be unhappy in their work and disinterested in customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very comfortable room, welcoming staff, good food right on the beach nice pool will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at this resort. Beach access was great and the Christmas atmosphere was amazing!

Wonderful resort with a huge beach, two pools, lots of fun activities for everyone including mini golf, pickle ball, ping pong and shuffleboard. We had an amazing dinner at Acquarino restaurant. Great service. Great and friendly staff.
