There was lots of construction but the Westin was amazing! The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was comfortable and great view!

The bathroom fixtures both operated and couldn’t be turned off as well as the sink handles leaked while in use. The main issue however was the AC flooded the room and there was water dripping onto the floor all night long and then when we woke up and called they said okay and that’s all we heard. We proceeded to check out as planned without any additional follow up about the issue, it was disappointing.

The building needs updating for the price. They charged me more than what was quoted with orbitz. They charge also for valet and I never used it. The best part is the ocean view but there is no balcony and if you open door extremely loud. I won’t stay here again. It wasn’t terrible but not worth the price.

This property needs a polish. In a lot of places even a new coat of paint would help. Also a daily incidental cost of about $50/day which seems high for the two towels you get at the pool. The bar and pool both blast music for much of the day beginning in the morning. Not awful - not amazing.

The Westin was extremely nice, had great amenities and the hotel restaurants were INCREDIBLE. Beautiful views of the ocean and it was so convenient to have the walking bridge right to the beach. I wish there were other parking options besides valet, but the valet service was quick and reliable which I did appreciate. Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was all very friendly. View from our room was incredible. The food at the pool restaurant was very good and so were the drinks. The pool and beach area were both great. Short walk to most everything. Only complaint would be the hotel itself is a bit on the older side. Our shower didn’t drain well and the ceilings were very low. We would definitely stay here again though since there are so many other positives about the property.

Overall my experience with this hotel was pretty good! Love that everything is walking distance so you don’t really need a car. The beach is across the street and there’s a walk way available in the hotel to be able to get on the other side. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean! Beds were comfy!

Loved being right on the beach! The Mexican restaurant right in the hotel was delicious and had amazing margaritas. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great trip and wonderful place to stay!

No privacy in the bathroom. Louvered doors that you could see and hear through. Room temperature was difficult to control. Obnoxiously loud spin class at 6:30am that woke us up on multiple occasions…loud, banging music and coaching that was way beyond necessary.

Pool is dirty, got sick on food at hotel, freezing cold , smelly , asthma attack in a non smoking area but people were smoking . Security had to be called. Room service we did not get our towels they didn’t respond.

It was amazing staying at the Westin for 4 nights. It was my birthday weekend too and they upgraded me to a ocean view room that was amazing. The resort has so many activities and many complimentary things that you can easily spend a couple of days covering all of them. The yoga classes everyday is very good and the instructors are top notch. Would definitely be back.

It is amazing how a the worst meal at Ft Lauderdale’s Best restaurant can ruin the entire 25th anniversary celebration. I give this lowest rating because at no time in all my weeks prior communications and visits to the Lona Cocina restaurant explaining the situation and my desire to make the very special for my wife, no one ever mentioned that the kitchen was going to be closed for that evening and the only option for food would be a serve yourself buffet for $40 a person. I was so upset I could only eat a taco. The most expensive taco I’ve ever eaten. Now it is mid-morning the next day. And I am still upset.

The hotel is very nice and has good amenities, but the Staff is terrible, the atmosphere at the pool seems like a boring cemetery, they just want it to be consumed and don't give anything else. The room was nice and comfortable but the floor was very dirty, I walked barefoot and my feet were black as if I were walking on the street. In general I didn't like it for vacation.
