Upon entering the Marriott Hotel, a stark indifference greeted me. The reception lacked the professionalism synonymous with the hospitality sector. It felt as though guest inquiries were burdens, not opportunities for assistance, which was consistent throughout my stay. The room, though equipped, had noticeably outdated furnishings, impacting the ambiance. The lack of daily room cleaning, which I found had to be requested, was puzzling. Breakfast was a disappointment. The primary offering of tasteless pre-packaged items, and absence of a made-to-order service, limited the buffet options, pushing me to seek meals elsewhere. I found the hotel's response to a potential safety hazard, a smoke alarm triggered by shower steam, alarming. Their lax approach raised questions about their commitment to guest safety. The overall ambiance and worn-out carpets in public areas indicated poor maintenance, and the subpar service didn't align with the hotel's pricing. As a person of color, I contemplated if racial bias affected the service quality I received. This may be a factor others should consider before choosing this hotel. In conclusion, despite the kitchen staff's friendliness, my experience was poor. I advise prospective guests to consider alternatives before choosing this Marriott Hotel.

parking option is non existence.$35.00 for valet parking and no choice of self parking which takes away your flexibility.you cant access your car unless vale person brings it to ypu.there is public parking across from hotel But 2 hrs limited .

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I was disappointed only cleaned once during my stay. I found this to be unacceptable and it greatly impacted my overall experience at the hotel. When I arrived, my room seemed clean and well-maintained, but as the days went on, I noticed that the towels were not replaced, the trash was not taken out, and the beds were not made. I messaged the front desk on the third day and someone did come to clean that day, however, when they did not return again the next day, I was informed that I needed to ASK for my room to be cleaned during check-in, which was never communicated to me at check-in nor when I called before. I was told that a manager would call me but they never did. I also saw other guests receiving cleaning service during my stay, which made me feel like my room was overlooked. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to the lack of cleaning service. I hope that the hotel can improve its cleaning protocols to provide a better experience for its guests in the future.

I booked this hotel because of swimming pool among the other factors, but it was closed for several days. When I asked front desk about potential refund they said that it was out of their control. I regret that I booked 7 days and was not able to change hotel when they close the pool.

Très bon séjour. Déjeuner complet à 6.30hrs tous les jours. Environnement tranquille. Bon restaurant tout près. Facilité de transport Water taxi et bus mais pas de taxi dans les rues. Plage à 5 minutes de marche. A 20 minutes de marche Mall. Service de nettoyage complet à la semaine et au deux jours pour service de base.

I purchased an intercostal view room. We got to the hotel very early at 10 and was told that they will call us when the room is ready. At 4 PM I asked for the 3rd time if the room was ready and said yes, but the receptionist said that I did not reserve an inter-coastal room. He flat out lied. I showed him my reservation but he said it was *******’s fault for selling us that room. I learned that there was a yacht parade that night. I wonder who to believe ******* or them. They gave us a suite with dirty bed covers ( I actually took a picture). I have used Marriott for years and have been very pleased, this one belongs disappointed big time.

Bien situé. Plage à 5 minutes de marche. Restaurants tout pres. Hôtel propre fréquence du service de nettoyage complet à la semaine et de base au deux jours. Seul bémol le restaurant de l’hôtel est ouvert à partir de 16hrs et le menu est limité. Le déjeuner a 6.30hrs tous les matins est très bien.
