Great customer service from Jared who checked me in. My online booking wasn’t as I thought, only a king bed no sofa bed for handicapped. Jared changed my room to easily and advised me of the amenities. The only down side was lack of free breakfast, or better option then just Starbucks.

I chose this location based on its remarkable rating of 8.5 out of 10. The check-in process went smoothly, which was the only positive experience during my stay. As I entered the floor that housed my room, I immediately detected excessive humidity and an unpleasant musty aroma. Regrettably, the room itself didn't provide any respite. It emitted a damp, moldy scent, and to compound matters, the carpet felt sticky underfoot. The furniture displayed signs of wear and had noticeable stains.

Spent 3 nights. We don’t have any complaints. We didn’t have too much interaction with staff there because we had no issues, but they appeared to be okay. The property appeared to be clean and it was quiet during our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable

el lugar es bueno, y céntrico para lo que estabamos realizando ( citas médicas en Cleveland Clinic ), lo único fue que al momento de la reserva pedí una cama King con un sofa cama, y me dieron dos camas queen.. no es lo mismo..

The property is great, as is the staff. The liquor selections was great, wine not so much. You really need to up the food service though. Either way, your property is a great place to stay in Weston.

The outside has lots of comfortable seating to hang out near and around the pool. They also have bathrooms outside. I've stayed here multiple times. I was a little disappointed in the beds and pillow, very uncomfortable but this is the first time I have experienced that when staying here. The staff at the food counter were awesome!!

This is an upmarket property, well kept and CLEAN. Beds were very comfortable Shuttle to Cleveland Clinic was great. only complaint was lack of a bathmat in the handicap bathroom, causing a slip. Managment took care of it generously. I will stay there again.

Most Hotels are providing free coffee in the lobby, continental breakfast, daily maid service and small hygiene supplies. None of this was provided and the cost of the hotel was overpriced in comparison to others.

Chose the hotel for its proximity to Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Extremely easy to get back and forth. Management and staff were so considerate and helpful.
