It was horrible. The housing of air conditioner literally just fell off and the hotel was unapologetic and indifferent. What a horrible establishment.

Beautiful beach, great facilities, friendly staffs, and nice food.

Overall mixed views. Location by the beach was great. Facilities were good for the price point (gym above average). Staff were excellent and very helpful particularly in accompanying a late checkout free of charge and also moving our room due to a noisy ice machine. We had two main issues: 1) We didn’t have a single uninterrupted nights sleep (noisy ice machine, noisy fridge, very heavy and therefore extremely noisy doors from adjacent rooms). 2) There are a lot of extras you have to pay for which should be included. Two examples: parasols on the beach and beds by the pool which was super frustrating if the free ones were all taken. Also the staff frequently reminded us to tip them - adding to the sense that we’re were constantly being fleeced for money

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean and did not feel pleasant at all. The corridor was in terrible condition, with garbage left on the floor, which created an overall negative first impression. The pool area was overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy, and I was surprised to be asked to pay extra for chairs near the pool, even though they belong to the hotel. Considering the high price I paid for the room, this felt unreasonable. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as minibar items, and charging $8 for a bottle of water felt excessive. While breakfast was decent and the restaurant was acceptable, neither stood out as particularly great. Overall, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and amenities for the price of this hotel. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations, and I will not be returning.

We loved our stay however had a few issues. Huge crack in the tile as you entered the room. Not what you'd expect. Also paid a lot of $ for a check in at 4 and had to be out by 11 the next day. I was told that it was an extra $100 to have our check out moved to 2:00. I think that $100 may have turned into $300+ with extra taxes and fees but need to double check that. I just know that my checkout was $300+

Room was decent, view was great, felt like a resort… breakfast was what you would expect… staff was accommodating and made it easy to relax and get food/beverages 24/7. Complimentary drinks were a nice plus. Food and drinks are pricey.

House keeping only cleaned our room one time in the 5 days we were there. I had to find someone to take the trash.

Pros- Great property and layout. Gorgeous beach and wait staff. Staff was super courteous. Quality restaurants and bars. Beautiful clean rooms. The only minor downside is the bathroom has no vent and didn't air out quickly and the door was a sliding door that didn't give much soundproofing. Overall A++
