Hade a couple of issues but hotel made it right and took care of the issues.

Horrible experience. Room cleaned 1X only. No washcloths, hand towels or coffee in room. Shower leaked all over the floor. I paid for intercoastal view and only received partial with most of it being a parking lot. Room and hotel just overall dirty. I was on a business trip. Hotel's wifi as broken, I had to purchase it independently. Very dissatisfied.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Easy check in. Very nice staff. When we got to our room it had a drying machine on full blast. We ended up with a street side room and it was noisy. Cars banging over the steel grated bridge constantly. A/C system leaked and was soaking the carpet ( hence the drying machine). Shower literally poured water onto the bathroom floor, super slick and dangerous. Toilet ran for hours after every use. Patio sliding door was broken. Went to put dishes in the dishwasher and it tipped out of its enclosure. I noted chunks of mystery material on the floor the first day, they were there when we checked out ie zero vacuuming. Pointed this out to front desk and nothing was done. Drying machine stayed in the room the entire stay. On checkout I was asked how our stay was and I relayed the concerns along the lines of we are tough enough to just deal with it but at least fix this stuff for the next guests. The front desk staff was kind enough to give me a $20.00 discount. That was insulting. What a mess. We will be using another property next time.

A very pleasant surprise. I knew this was an older property but chose due to proximity to the water taxi. This was a pre cruise stay for two nights. Everything was perfect and two minor issues ( burned out light bulb and shortage of towels) were remedied immediately thanks to Cookie in the housekeeping dept. I was in the hotel business for 20 years from desk clerk, night audit all the way to GM so I appreciate over-the-top guest service. See you next triptoFt Lauderdale

Although not advertised, there is a required $50/night valet charge that is not advertised. When we inquired with the manager, he shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know what to tell you. Thats why we don’t recommend you booking thru anyone but our website.” I them if the place was advertised by them thru the app that they obviously placed, then they should list it as a requirement along with the price so that families are warned. He then said “Oh well. Thats just the way it is.” The room was nice in size but there was a black mold ring at the top. The shower walls had some purple soap all over we are assuming from the previous occupants. Have stayed with Hilton for a long time but after this experience, we will never return to this place.

Great location- nice size suite. Musty room, fridge broke- lost our food, ac leaked floor was soaked, patio door lock was not effective, toilet wouldn’t flush, shower handle was broken, bathroom floor was not clean. The hotel did move us to a better suite and reimbursed us for food loss. 2nd room was much better- still musty. Rooms need some updating. Orlando was great and took charge.

I was surprised to have a full suite with a kitchen. From the balcony I had views of the canal, the ocean, as well as Downtown. Close to the beach, a grocery store and restaurants. Pool was nice with the bar handy. Water taxi stop at the hotel along the canal.

Staff was very friendly and enjoyed the stay. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and it took long for the toilet to fill back up again. Valet is $45 a night. Other than that I enjoyed the Galleria mall being across the street.

I really didn't like the property a lot. The staff was great and kind and helpful. The room was beautiful. I definitely would return. The only thing that I did not like was the parking. I also didn't like that you had to pay $45 a night for parking.
