Unfortunately bad experience First there were no internet for the whole stay one night, but what makes me disappointed is that the manager is confirming that the guy will come to fix it which never come Location was good for one night close to FL airport Breakfast was good as well

Otimo Hotel

花費的時間是舒適而輕鬆的，帶着微笑和服務的房間真的很乾凈，總是一個很棒的體驗。

L'emplacement est ordinaire. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et il n'y a pas grand chose à faire autour. Nous avons pris un transport privé pour aller voir autre chose puisqu'il n'y a rien à faire autour de l'hôtel. Au moins, il est prêt de beaucoup de chose en voiture. Il n'est pas très loin de la plage et il est environ a 10 minutes du port de croisière. Le couloir n'est pas très insonorisé, nous avons été réveillé le matin par des enfants qui criaient dans le couloir. Le déjeuner est correct, mais même chose pendant 3 jours. La salle pour le déjeuner est petite, les gens n'avaient pas de place pour y manger. Peut-être en raison que s'était le 25 et 26 décembre donc, plus occupé. Autrement, les lits sont très confortable, la chambre est propre, le transport avec la navette de l'aéroport est très apprécié. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la navette pour le port (croisière) puisque le tarif était de 15$ us par personne. Un Uber nous a coûté environ 20$ us pour les 4.

Mr. Keifer was very rude and unprofessional! I called to let the hotel know I’m at the airport waiting for the shuttle. He stated he doesn’t know where the driver is. I called back an half hour later another representative answered which was a female and stated that she will touch the driver. I called after 15 minutes and a lady transferred me to a male. He asked what’s my name is and said he has no reservations under the name and hanged up. I callled back again to explain what happened and that I’m waiting on the shuttle. I’m outside in the cold with cars passing and theirs noise. The lady asked which airlines I was on. I told her Spirit. She asked the same question and I said Spirit. She said I had to say yes or no. I’m confused and she put my on hold. I called back again and Mr. Keifer answered. I’m explaining to him what happened and he said that’s not what happened. Now it’s going on an hour and still no shuttle. After a few minutes I saw a van and it passed me so I hurried to reach the shuttle and confirm it was the correct one. I looked at the phone and the call got disconnected. I arrived at the hotel and Mr. Keifer is telling the driver someone called saying he hanged up and how they don’t do that here. I responded it happened!!!!! He has in his headphones and continues to talk about me and the situation with the person on the phone. Another employee walks in and he’s telling them also. A situation took place and no one cared to hear my concerns or resolve.
