The property is small and quaint. The staff was friendly and fun. The beach access is excellent and the pool was perfect. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Every room is beachfront at this small, wonderful hotel. All the rooms have balconies facing the beach. Sunrises are gorgeous! The staff is warm, friendly and accommodating. I unexpectedly had to stay longer in Ft Lauderdale because of flight issues so I returned the following week and I felt like a family member returning home. Ask for Jackie at breakfast on the beach!

I read the reviews prior to booking this trip and it did not disappoint. Staff was helpful and enthusiastic. Food and the onsite restaurant grill was delicious. Pool and beach towels always available. Beach chairs set up each morning, ready to go for the day. No complaints. Would recommend!!

It was a really cute place. A very nice room. Good amenities. Check-in was easy and the person at the front desk was very thorough and clear. Lovely pool, great beach, good location.

Very cozy and wonderful location overlooking the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

As many others have noted, the hotel is super well located and the rooms are simple but spacious. The restaurant downstairs was super convenient and good with nice seating right on the beach. I would give the property higher ratings if it weren't for the passive-aggressive nature of the front office manager, Allie, who works the desks mornings and daytimes. Others have also pointed out her poor attitude. We didn't have any conflict with her, but we were really surprised that someone who works in hospitality--and as a manager no less--could be that unfriendly and unhelpful. Allie made us feel hesitant to ask for anything, and most days, didn't even look up from her laptop when we came in the door. This is really odd behavior for the hospitality business, and even more so for a small hotel, where part of what you are supposed to get for your value is a bit more personal experience. At least treat people with a smile, even if you have to fake it.

Checkin was easy, rooms were clean and comfortable. Great view on the water. The sand bar grill is always a favorite!

This is an older property nestled between two larger, more luxurious resorts. It’s located in an excellent location between Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale by the Sea and directly on the beach. It has a beautiful views from the room. Staff is friendly and helpful! However, this hotel is not suitable for a longer stay. We had a suite which was minimally furnished and had no toaster or stove. Some pluses include easy parking next to building, beach chairs included in resort fee, nice pool area and restaurant on site.

Loved the room, big and updated. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The attached restaurant was good. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella accessible.
