皇家棕櫚水療度假村(Royal Palms Resort & Spa)

The property was nice and quiet. Front desk people were nice. Not many guests. However, rooms are sp****, no desk, not well lit, no connection to charge electronics, so bring a charging brick. For 2 of the days, there were no cushions on the pool chairs and lounges. Unfortunately, from no fault of theirs, I left my earbuds in the Ikea nightstand and when called them a few hours later, was told the cleaning staff had left and to call back; called back next day and they told me they were not in the nightstand any longer (not a real surprise). Would not return to this place.

Música alta todas as noites até a madrugada. A limpeza do quarto era bem ruim, simplesmente trocava-se as toalhas de banho. A localização é boa e bem próxima a praia, mas não acho que valeu o custo/benefício.

Deberían reformar moderna la habitación, la cama y limpieza bien

La propiedad está bien pero las topa de la cáma están muy pobre la claridad de las ventanas no dejan dormir y las personas no dejan dormir con el escándalo los jóvenes

It’s nice place and quiet. Also only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. We just stayed one night. Didn’t have any problem during stay at all. Staff I was nice but not always available. We got confused when we got there because nobody were in the office and it locked them figured out that we need to ring the bell to get the stuff come to check us in. Room were pretty good and clean. Beds were comfortable but bathroom is so tiny. Pool closed at 8 and parking fee is $10 a day which not very bad but will be cool if fee has included in the hotel rates.

Friendly staff. Quiet property given the busy location (not near the loud bars further down A1A). Parking was very easy and convenient. Nice dining options in walking distance. One block off the beach, easy. For the price point this is hard to beat.

Royal Palms is always a nice place to stay. Far enough removed from the chaos of the *****, but very easy to walk to. Friendly staff, great area. Short walk to the beach, and they have nice pools, close to great restaurants also.
