DO NOT BOOK!!! I am a Marriott Employee, and I always book through the Bonvoy App. I cancelled well within the 48 hours, and I was still charged for the trip. Phil A (if that is his name, the AGM) would not refund my money, and said I lied about my booking! I would NEVER book pre-pay! I am going to tell everyone to never stay here, book here, and corporate needs to know what kind of rude AGM they have working for them. I told him if I was going to be charged anyway, we would stay there, and cancel our other reservation. He said I would have to pay again!!! What kind of way is that to treat another Marriott employee or anyone for that matter?
