Very clean.. quiet.. great breakfast! The staff was very helpful!

Wonderful stay, kind employees and very accommodating. Reasonably clean.

An old school big hotel with an open atrium and waterfall...room was fine, pretty typical. There was no microwave nor a mini-fridge in the room, so that was a minus. They did have a room service breakfast menu, but I did not partake. Staff were all very nice. Parking lot was full, so they have some spaces in the garage across the street, which was nice as I rode my motorcycle there and having it in a covered garage was a bonus.

It was the perfect location for us. The lobby and staff were great. I had a handicapped room and was a little disappointed in it. The bathroom was fine, but if my mother was in a wheelchair, maneuvering in the room would have been close to impossible. There just isn’t enough space between the furniture for it. There was also a strange odor in the room. The worst part was hearing people talk outside the window. We were on the third floor and had a rooftop view, so we were not sure where the people were unless we were hearing the people at the pool. It was just strange. I think improvements could be made.

What a great Wyndham Hotel! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We spent one day walking the area and visiting the nearby museums. Great place to stay. The bed was comfy!

We were in Ft Smith for a cheer competition. It was convenient being connected to the convention center. However breakfast wasn’t included, which was fine but food was not good. The hotel knew how booked this hotel was due to competition but only had two staff members working restaurant. No clean plates to start. Food was just okay. Had to wait on food and drinks. Way below par for the price. Those two workers ran their feet off and just couldn’t keep up. You can do better Wyndam.

Stayed one night here during a road trip across Arkansas. The room was comfortable and the hotel convenient for everything we needed in Fort Smith - National Park, dinner and breakfast. One point to note was that there was no-one staffing the check in desk around 5pm when we arrived and we waited several minutes before anyone showed up.
