The hotel had plenty of parking, although accessing the hotel is confusing your first time as you cannot turn into the lot from both directions. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Blackout shades were great for sleeping in. Food at the restaurant was good but a bit over priced. And the free breakfast was very good.

The service was great, the young lady at the front desk was was friendly and understanding. I was able to check in early, before my hospital appointment which was a stress relief. The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable. The amenities were great. Delicious complimentary breakfast.

Stayed for a hockey tournament. Rooms, common areas, restaurant & meeting rooms were clean. Only suggestion is please use full sized pillows. Staff are friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast which is included in the room fee is amazing! North Restaurant was great. Because we were a big group, they served us dinner in a conference room next to North. Service was outstanding & food was great

I was pleasantly surprised by the location and the cleanliness of the room. The restaurant had a great selection of food and my orders came quickly and were very tasty. I highly recommend getting down to a hot breakfast but they close at 9:30 am. Late for some but when in bed at 3:00 am it is not late.

Currently staying here for the hockey provincials. My son’s team jacket was stolen out of the laundry room. No one at the hotel can help. Zero accountability. This has never happened to me before. Awful. It is unacceptable that I cannot comfortably do laundry in this hotel!

It was ok place to stay and it was pet friendly. Our room was tucked away from other people which was very nice to have some privacy.i would like to see better parking spaces closer to my room window.

This hotel has been a main feature of central Fort St. John for several decades, but the facility has been well maintained and kept clean. Much of downtown is a short walk from here, and the hotel is easy to find while driving in from the airport. The complimentary breakfast included a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. Do check out the interesting historical photos of Fort St. John displayed in the elevator lobbies on each floor!
