The room was clean, and the courtyard the second level balcony overlooked was nice. Two pools, a hot tub, Cornhole pad, and a pool table were within a minute or two walk. I was disappointed that we were charged $15 for breakfast, and that you have to rent the umbrellas set up outside even though you are a guest. Super close beachfront access was still a plus. Overall, it was a good stay. Staff was definitely super friendly and helpful. Also very conveniently located right in the middle of Okaloosa Island.

I only gave a 4/5 for service bc housekeeping never cleaned our room. I saw some people had door signs but we never had one so maybe that's why. Wasn't a big deal , we just stopped someone and got our own towels and we were ok for the most part. The linens could have been a bit more clean but besides that it was good. The ceiling in the room was peeling and in the bathroom. Overall, still a decent hotel, location was great. We did not use amenities, besides the pool .

The room we booked was under renovation and had been for a while yet they still offered the room. The room they moved us to smelled of mold and old cigarette smoke with a view of the courtyard, and the other room was looking at the parking lot. The reservation was canceled by the hotel upon check-in. I am still waiting for a refund.

Originally, we booked an ocean front room but upon arriving our room was experiencing upgrades and we were given push back. They let us check in and then after arriving from dinner suddenly the “hot water” was out to the entire tower. We were swapped rooms and the room we were given was filthy! Dirt and dust particles all over the bed, couch, and walls. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone until they make the proper changes to operations. I’m currently dealing with being charged for both rooms for the one night. It hasn’t been pleasant at all. I gave this 2 stars because the night front desk clerk was nice.

We had prepaid breakfast for our stay. Ate o nly once. First day, they didnt have what we wanted to eat. Breakfast wait time is no less than an hour. Front desk staff wasnt helpful. Fora Shearton lounged property, no where near tye expected standard. Not staying at another Sheraton property. Would have been better at a Hampton!

The front desk clerk let us check in early and check out late. The breakfast buffet was extensive, fresh, and delicious. We were walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It is off season, but the pool and the hot tub were open. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’m

Only reason not a five is that the property is getting a little dated and showing it’s age. All things considered, I would return though. Oh, and there is no included breakfast, they charge $20 per person for breakfast.

Staff were pleasant at check-in and check-out. Location is right on the beach. Hotel amenities were clean and well maintained. Would book a stay again.

Before our trip we read the many reviews. Concerned regarding the negative comments. However we were absolutely pleased with accomadations. Very clean, no bugs, comfortable clinate co trol in the roo, beautiful beach/ ocean review. We wete even lucky to checkin way before the normal check in time.
