Hmmm.this is my second time going to this hotel, I loved it the first time but not this time. Everything about this hotel is really nice, the place neat and staff are all nice. But the problem is I parked my CAR at the parking lot of the hotel and woke up in the morning to find all my car tires were stolen. I mean all four tires of my care were gone.the crops were called and that was it.No body from the hotel even called to check on us or said anything. The manager was not around and I left a message that he should called me and up till now no one has called. I don't think I will ever go to this hotel again even though it a nice place I don't like the way my situation was handle..

Very good hotel situation. The location is great to get to the WA mall quickly. The lower/ground floor was very clean and service was excellent (Way-to-go MIMI!!) However, when you go into the upper floors the rest of the hotel smells very musty. The rooms are adequately cleaned but still smell musty/damp. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Great location! There are so many restaurants right around the block on King Street. This is a very nice hotel. An oldie but goodie. Very large atrium where you can sit and enjoy the included breakfast every morning. VIP happy hour was perfect. We would definitely stay there again. Clean and friendly.

The Hampton Inn was good; I will give a rate of four star. Because not enough handicap parking. Other than that, I will stay again if in the area.
One more thing but it doesn't change my rating, if breakfast is over at 10:00 am breakfast should still be available close to that time. Staff was cleaning up and putting milk, etc. away by 9:30am. That was a bit much.

Everything was pretty nice. The one major flaw for me was there were no blackout curtains in my room and there was a bright light shining through my window straight through the shades. That was the one major flaw for this stay. Other than that, it was nice.

took 3x to get my room right... had to Argue Back and forth to get compensated for their DIRTY ROOM..
