帝國酒店(The Imperial Hotel)

Point de chute très bien pour les randonneurs, bon rapport qualité / prix pour le secteur mais l’hôtel manque un peu d’entretien et la literie n’est pas de première jeunesse.

Belle chambre, petit dejeuner copieux et personnel tres agreable.

This hotel met our expectations. The room my wife and I had was rather small but our kids’ room was large. The facilities could use updating but overall it was adequate. The location was very convenient.

我的淋浴不能用。我換了房間，看到廚房對面的磚牆，很吵。朋友有一個行李箱，但沒有電梯，所以不得不拖著它上樓梯。沒有提供幫助。不得不不斷地被鎖在房間外面並上下樓才能將其重置。家具簡陋而且破舊。早餐還可以——菜單上寫著主廚特色菜，當我們問這是什麼時，它只是一個土豆烤餅。第二天也一樣。不會再留在這裡。

As a three star I expected better. The room itself was comfortable and clean with a refurbished bathroom although the contractors need telling off. The staircase up 36 steps over three landings was in a poor unkept and dirty state. Although there were signs outside saying food available all day we found it difficult to know what was going on with no signs of life in the pizza restaurant or the bar at 5pm. Breakfast was a disaster. Plenty of staff immaculately dressed wandering around doing little whilst we had to fetch our own coffee toast etc. pastries on display were hard as board and inedible Coffee was very poor quality. I had poached eggs which were tiny over cooked and arrived on a plate no toast no muffins etc I’ve never seen anything like it. My wife ordered scrambled eggs the same happened they arrived on a bare plate completely over cooked and dry with no sense of seasoning. Still the staff floated around imagining they were at the Ritz. This place could be good but it was hugely disappointing. When the bar did open there were two customers three in the pizza restaurant and none in the main restaurant. Considering how bad breakfast was I think eating out of the hotel was a good move.

嘈雜。廚房裡的噪音一直困擾著我們。其餘的都很好。
