Great trip easy and fun!

Sadly i did not get to enjoy my stay, booked for the weekend for a rather large CarShow event. Really bad weather came in half way through my visit and i had to leave early. Paid for 2 nights and only got to stay for 1 of those nights. Hotel was beautiful, my luck on the other hand was horrible.

Rooms are spacious and pretty clean. No musty smells, no bedbugs, and no smoke smells in our room. We did appreciate having an actual door on the restroom (rather than a barn door) because it offers more privacy. Overall it was pretty good. There is no in-room dining at night, so pick up your dinner...a couple fast-food places and Buc-ee's are close. Shower/tub combo slippery. Room was a bit too warm. Remote didn't work, but the engineer arrived very fast and fixed the issue right away. I'd give more stars if the clerk would have put me in the room I actually chose "with golf course view." I don't know if this is a failure on the hotel's part or *******'s, but it shouldn't be an issue to give people what they've contracted for. Once we lugged up our luggage to the room, I would have had to call, complain, and move (if such a room is even available). The hotel apparently permits smoking right outside the entryway, which is absolutely unacceptable. Covid left many of us with asthma issues and struggling to breath, so a smoking section should be provided far, far away from any entrance/exit. It was disgusting to have cigarette smoke hanging in our hair on a 4 hour drive home. I had to use a rescue inhaler within seconds of exiting this hotel. Please fix the check-in and provide what your clients contracted for and designate a smoking area that does not compromise people's health. Customers shouldn't have to raise either of these problems or manage your hotel for you.

We were only passing thru town so we didn't get to use all of the amenities, but from what we did see, this hotel is amazing. The restaurant downstairs is really good and the service both there and at the front desk were great!! Our room was perfectly sized and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect location - off the highway but not too far. We will stay here again for sure.

Updated, very well located for shopping and the motor speedway. They offer a transport van for back and forth, which is amazing! Great stay!

This is the go to place they are nice and clean all remodeled and very nice stayed here multiple times and love it. Great location

I loved how they have all kinds of outdoor seating areas. The trees around the pool lose their needles, so be expecting them in the pool.

Warning...this hotel is currently doing very noisy construction this week. I work long days, and am on the road a lot. I came here for rest while in Ft Worth, and had no warning that at 8:00 am, there would be a large very LOUD truck outside my window. I called the front desk and they said it was construction that wouldn't end until 6pm. I would not have stayed here if I knew that was happening. I didn't get any rest. You could not even watch tv over this noise. Very discourteous! On top of that house keeping was knocking on my door around 8:30 when check out is at noon. The room is nice (besides having no microwave), and people are friendly. but I wont be staying here again. I should have known when the room was a good price that something was wrong.
