沃斯堡北貝斯特韋斯特普拉斯酒店(Best Western Plus Fort Worth North)

Comforter on bed was visibly dirty, requested another one and got it quickly. Room smelled strongly of air freshener like they were trying to mask an odor. Balcony door would not slide open more than 2 inches. Tv and internet in room both would not connect. (Tv got 3 local channels and nothing beyond that. Would connect with WiFi info given and it would say connected but “no internet”.) Shower had multiple hairs on wall and floor. Breakfast was inedible. Staff was friendly enough, location overall in good condition and seemed clean, pool was fine. Room was definitely not up to par for being double or more the price of the other two neighboring hotels. I never ever complain and this was awful, cannot recommend.

Hotel limpio, tranquilo y parqueadero seguro, lo mejor No huele a cigarrillo ni *********, el colchón y las almohadas de nuestra habitación estaban increíbles limpias y suaves , el televisor gigante. Volvería. El desayuno regular como en todos los hoteles nada especial.

El piso del baño no estaba limpio y nos encontramos tramos animalitos en la habitación del primer piso

Had an enjoyable stay. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and a staff member was on hand to refill items as needed. I would stay here again.

The room was nice, the freeway side is a bit noisy and since the heat and a/c units won’t allow fan to stay running anymore and I forgot to bring a fan to help out I didn’t sleep as well as I would have liked to, otherwise the bed was comfortable and the stay at this facility was overall good.

Place was not very taken care of. Pool was dirty, showers did not look sanitary enough to shower barefoot and light was broken/cracked.

We had a short stay because we arrived late. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable.

Went to breakfast and when I returned to my room, the key was no longer working. Waited in line for about 5 minutes at the front desk because there were about ten other guests whose room keys were also no longer working. Front desk person said it was likely that the room keys were too close to our phones. My key was nowhere near my phone - and I can't speak for the other ten guests, but it's not likely that ALL of their room keys were too close the their phones causing them all to malfunction. As we were leaving the hotel, there were even more people in line to reactivate their room keys. Clearly this was not a customer phone/key issue.

The hotel staff were friendly and tentative. The room was very nice and clean. We had a good experience with our stay.
