There are a lot of insects (I couldn't name them) in the room and in the hallway. And when I raised the question with the front desk, the rep seemed not empathetic at all with no positive attitude and readiness to serve. It's understandable that a problem or two are there, but it's not acceptable that the problem was ignored and understated like that. So I'm very sorry to be straightforward to say I wouldn't choose Quality Inn or recommend it to my friends next time.
