My room had all the charm of a bad hospital. After getting lectured to not smoke, the room they gave me smelled like smoke. They did give me another room. Peeling paint broken toilet handle toilet shoke when sitting on it no lamps or art on the wall Spakle marks all over the walls Curtains that didn't keep light out Just don't

El personal de recepción muy grosero, al grado de sentirme inseguro y amenazado por el señor que estaba en recepción, al hablarme en tono muy subido sin motivo alguno al yo hacer una pregunta. Falta de personal de limpieza, la regadera estaba tapada y nadie pudo ir a arreglarla. Tuve que ir solicitar cambio de habitación que me dieron después de varias horas de estar solicitando una solucion. Definitivo no recomiendo este hotel.

The rooms looked cleaned. Bathroom around the tub with black stuff on it but I'm ok with that. The main issue i had is the bed or bed sheets. I could not sleep due to itchines all over my body. Itchines never went away until i took a hot shower with lots of soap. I highly suggest to check for bed bugs or dust mites on those beds. room 107 thank you.

It's disappointing that daily housekeeping is not a requirement. Guests shouldn't have to go to the front desk daily to request basic hotel toiletries & necessities.

Small but convenient hotel. It’s nothing fancy but meets all our needs. Staff was very friendly.

I should’ve known the place was bad when I pulled up and there were literally only 2 other cars in the whole parking lot. There is no elevator, which is fine unless you are someone who needs accommodations. The towels in the bathroom were so dirty that I went to Walmart to buy towels. Also, the man at check in was flat out RUDE! Never again.

Property was in poor condition and not as advertised. Was told at check-in that there wasn’t an elevator when I initially chose the property due to it being advertised as having an elevator because of mobility/knee issues. Room was in poor condition with cracked crumbling drywall, mold issues in the bathroom, and a stale smoke smell even though the property is advertised as being a smoke free property. Front lobby had no working air conditioning. Front entrance littered with trash and cigarette butts. Front desk staff employees were the most unprofessional staff ever encountered, and made excuses as why the property was falsely advertised and in such poor condition. Warning, always check a room for yourself before letting the hotel charge your credit card.

Adequate experience. No elevator. However, they took me in last second (flub with another hotel)and a front desk guy helped me with my bags since I had a baby. Several guests were loud and the front desk didn't quiet them down.

You are not getting a fancy place although they have done some upgrades. This place was all about location location location and it was perfect for our travel sport’s weekend. The pool area was pretty much unusable because the mosquitoes were thick and vicious! Lots of things to do in the area a very convenient location. If back for travel sports will book here again!
