My stay was made in error. My fault. I chose the wrong area from where i usually stay. I was concerned over the pan handlers and homeless and questionable people at the smoke shop. But the people and staff at the hotel property were just wonderful. Great stay

Hotel was fine but unfortunately it didn’t have a restaurant and nearby walkable eating wasn’t noted. I’m a senior in town for a family members burial, staff was unable to recommend or assist me find travel to the event. Very disappointing!

Overall the stay was good. The breakfast was good. The breakfast went from 6:30 to 9:30 (weekdays). The room was mostly clean, there were a few small things like details in the bathroom. The staff was hot or miss. Some were super helpful and available others were on their phones or not helpfull.

A lot of walkers in an area you would not expect. Everything else was nice.

Great except stayed on 3rd floor and sounded like people were bowling above us.

Towels & sheets were dirty. Staff weren’t friendly or polite.

personal is kind and helpful but they didnot did my room the second day i was there anbd they never changed the bedding they were dirty

We been staying here the same time of year for a few years now for a church convention. This hotel has been excellent in every way. This year it wasn’t the same. The housekeeping service was awful. We checked in on Monday and checked out Saturday. We left for the day about 8:30 am and returned after 4pm (plenty of time for housekeeping.) Tuesday just clean towels, trash taken, no cleaning, no making the bed. Wednesday a little cleaning in bathroom, clean towels, trash taken, and a messy spread up bed. (I couldn’t believe what I saw.) Thursday before leaving out we asked do we have to pay for housekeeping and clean sheets of course everything was clean when we got back with clean sheets. Friday we ran a little late so we got a chance to talk to housekeeping and tip our housekeeper before leaving. Well… when we got back nothing clean in the room and the housekeeper that was assigned to our room and received the money was no where to be found. On my way downstairs there was a housekeeper still working on the other end of the hall. She said she would come clean our room when she got finished in about 5 minutes. She did come and did a excellent job. Even changed our sheets again. Bottom line the hotel needs to check on their housekeeping staff. That was a awful experience.

Poorly managed reflection of IHG, may be our last time at any IHG. Not what we signed up for, shame on IHG for not closely managing and inspecting these facilitates.
