Upon checking they tried to charge me for the room and then I stated I already paid for it. The person at the front desk confirmed that I paid it. Then the manager came in the next day and charged me again for no reason. Update then when I called asking why there was 70 different charges on my card they said they couldn't tell me I'd have to wait until the manager came back. After that the manager was very rude

The hotel was very nice and comfy. The woman who does the breakfast however SUPEERRRR rude. Not the cooks, the woman to rings people up. We literally were looking, and she right away said I'm In Charge! I'm the Boss. I'm like um ok we were not asking didn't say it but was thinking it. Then she proceeded to charge me for a hot breakfast from the kitchen that was not ours. I asked her very politely excuse me ma'am but what is the hot breakfast? Her reply didn't you order an omelet from the kitchen (with attitude) I'm like um no ma'am. The breakfast is stupid expensive 15.00 for 2 small cups of fruit and 2 bagles with butter and nothing else. Then asking for a tip when you served yourself um no thank you.

When I tried to check in, they didn’t have my reservation. Then when they DID find it… it was in a name I had never heard of. Once they realized it, you would think they would fix it.. After I checked in and got to my room, that same name was on the TV which confirmed, they never changed the name on my reservation.

Amazing customer service!! Front desk guy, didn’t catch his name but he was very kind and accommodating! The hotel was very clean, and the bed were nice and comfortable! They provided us shuttle service through 3rd party for an extra fee but it was worth it!

Everything was fantastic. The personal touch of having my name on the TV when entering our room is smart. Thank you, we may have found a place to stay consistently when we visit.

The hotel has a beautiful architectural design, the staff was genuinely pleasant and the j hotel is in walking distance of dining, entertainment and shopping. This will be my new get-a-way go to!

We love staying here the night before a flight. So convenient. Easy access to food, shops and highway. People so friendly. Beds so comfortable

The hotel itself was a nice place to stay, the rooms were clean but I would have liked a daily cleaning instead of every 3-4 nights.

Great hotel friendly staff and very clean. Good hotel to stay at plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Would definitely recommend
