Super location and close to family. Thankfully we arrived early enough to turn the A/C on and it was finally cool enough to sleep. It would be nice if the A/C was even at a higher temperature than most keep it as it was 95 degrees in the townhome when we arrived that afternoon. Window coverings would definitely help with the summer heat. We had everything we needed and appreciate the use of the garage to keep our car out of the sun and heat. Well stocked with essentials and clean. Probably a wonderful place to stay for the cooler months but we were here to visit family.

Mesa Del Sol Private and on the 18th fairway @ Mesa Del Sol. Had everything we needed. We didn't bring pets, but there were no animal odors. Keurig! Love the enclosed patio and sitting on the back porch watching the green. Would definitely stay again.

Come relax in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome right on the 18th hole of the Mesa Del Sol Golf Course in the Foothills of Yuma! Each bedroom has their own designated full bathroom and both bedrooms are located upstairs for a more quiet retreat. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a half bath, and a great living room to hang out and entertain in while enjoying beautiful views of the golf course. This condo also has a front private courtyard, 2 car garage and washer and dryer. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
