Broken security latch. Broken bathroom door lock. Staff barges in without knocking. Staff does not understand basic English. Room was not set up for 4 as booked, only for 2.

I was tired driving all day. I fell asleep for two hours and awakened by ticking sounds. I noticed this ticking sound every time heater kicked in. I heard ticking sounds coming from the heating unit. I was awakened four to five times... ruining my sleep. You need to fix this asap!!

They are in the middle of a much needed remodel. Everything is an absolute mess.

The room was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Easy on and off the freeway, yet not so close it could be heard. The owners are obviously in the process of remodeling the property, but the room we had had been very nicely redone. We appreciated the one story.

It was ez to find off 101. Unit was clean, comfortable, we had what we needed. Convenient to cafe in town for breakfast.

Decent 1 night stay It was about what was expected. Check in was great. Person working the front was great. Was able to give suggestions on restaurants. As a hint to other quests, you sometimes need to ask for hot water before you hop in to the shower. Front desk needs to turn it on.

Check in was very easy and efficient. Check in staff was very accommodating.

Super clean and fresh room. Easy parking for the motorcycle in front of our room.
