房子很新，性價比非常高！這次順德美食之旅選擇這裏真是太對了。一開始還覺得可能離容桂大良會比較遠，事實是這裏出行特別方便，開車到廣州南，大良，容桂，陳村，佛山差不多都在二十到四十分鐘路程，而佛山大良在初八初九已經很堵了，北滘完全沒有這種擔心。帶孩子最推薦去邊上的和美術館和北滘公園。早茶去躍進北路的和誠市場有一家很當地的早茶店，非常接地氣。

入住房間和描述的一樣，很精緻漂亮，地下停車位很大（但是能停的衹有那些沒標車牌的位置，負一層較少，負二層位置會多一些）。19樓很安靜，體驗非常舒服。
自駕遊非常建議來這，性價比很高🤙🤙🤙
