福斯特舒適酒店客棧(Prom Country Lodge)

Accomodation was clean and updated and much nicer than we expected, bed was super comfy and crisp linen. Hot water took a while to come through in the shower. The option of extra towels would be good especially as they don’t service the rooms on the weekend. It was super quiet considering it’s on the highway. Overall very pleased with our last minute choice to get away for the long weekend!

Overall accommodation was good with room nice, clean and comfortable. Restaurant food and service was good but a bit over priced. The wifi is free, that is if you are able to get a connection. The TV in room was not able to get most channels as cable connection was terrible, raised it with reception but nobody came to fix.

Wir buchten ein Zimmer für drei Erwachsene und waren erstaunt, ein Zimmer zu bekommen, das Schlafmöglichkeiten für sieben Personen hatte. Entsprechend klein war die Bewegungsmöglichkeit in dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos und war reichlich abgewohnt. Auch von der guten Aussicht, das angwblich jedes Zimmer haben sollte, war keine Spur. Ebenso stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

My only issue was the door to the room would keep opening randomly opening on its own, so we had to put a chair up against the door overnight to keep it closed which was fine. Other than this, it was very clean, comfortable and a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Cobwebs need to be cleaned of the walls. Exterior lights could be turned off after 10pm, it's hard to sleep when the room is so bright.

Our first room had a jucuzzi in the middle of the bedroom. How ghastly! We were then told that it did not work, although we could have a bath in it. We asked for a replacement room, and were again offered a room with a jacuzzi. Finally we were offered a third room without a jacuzzi which we accepted. We were under the impression that there was a restaurant, and booked on this basis. When we arrived we were told that due to staff shortages the restaurant was closed. Not very good.

We really enjoyed our stay! Situated amongst very beautiful trees and bushes so good for kids to explore. Not far to walk into town, and Foster itself was a cute town with everything you needed and nice parks and reserves. The cafe/restaurant on site was temporarily closed unfortunately, but nice options for Brekky in town. Room was clean, well equipped and spacious enough to fit a portacot. Great stop as not far from Wilson’s Prom.
