來自住宿之回應: Hi Thanks for your review,just to clarify you came back from your hike at 3pm in the afternoon and proceeded to go back to your room you had checked out of at 8am that morning used the toilet the sink the towels to dry your hands , there was water splashed on the mirror , the toilet seat was left up and we had guests due to go into that room , had you asked us and made us aware you were going to use the room this may not have been an issue but imagine the horror of the next guest finding a room like that ? they would think we never cleaned the room .I feel the rest of your review is based on the extra cleaning fee not your actual experience thanks karen

來自住宿之回應: Thankyou for your review , we do not have fleas i think you are referring to sandflies unfortunately the are a native insect on the westcoast and they do bite, but as they live here there is nothing we can do to stop them . Bug repellent keeps them away :)Im very sorry you didnt ask as about these we could have advised you to wear bug spray .
