Great location and convenient that it’s across the street from the River Shop Place. Clean rooms and lobby and friendly staff. However, our only complaint was the noise and all the commotion. You can hear your neighbors open and close their doors and it was very bothersome and the loud sounds were startling. I would recommend the hotel using soft closing door hinges! We also had a very loud family with kids above our room and for hours kids were jumping off beds and stomping on the floors. Complaining didn’t help either. All of this kept us up in the night.

The property never got the booking from *******, so checkin took an hour. The room was pretty nice and reasonably priced, comfy bed, but there were families running the hallways hours after quiet time was supposed to be in effect, so that part wasn’t great.

Great place. Easy walking to shopping and tourist things. Would stay again. Our room had a jucuzzi and everything was perfect.

Checked in after the 8k Winterläufe race and the front desk guy was super friendly and helpful. He gave us our choice of rooms and signed us up for the rewards program.

Very nice location. Walking to downtown is an easy walk. Many choices for breakfast as well. Will stay here again.

The website said clearly pet friendly. Upon arrival late evening was told website is not accurate and would not allow us to check in. Had to search for another hotel.

Our room was on the second floor. We asked not to be near vending or elevator because we don’t like the mechanical noise. Instead we put above a maintenance/housekeeping room. There was a loud mechanical hum until about 2am. I think laundry ? It was bad..

The staff were absolutely incredible! We have a young family so we booked the two king bed suite. Reasonably priced and was so spacious! Worked perfectly to have the bedroom separate from the sitting area/kitchenette. The pool was wonderful for our little girls and the breakfast was fantastic! Jodi went out of her way to make our morning experience (which with a little started at 6am) incredible and was so friendly and kind with our 2 year old! Overall an incredible stay, we will absolutely be staying there again, as we visit Frankenmuth annually!

Really love staying here. In walking distance to the Downtown of Frankenmuth.

A very nice hotel located right across from the river shops and a short walk to the Main Street shops. Breakfast was very good and had some nice options. The cinnamon rolls are delicious. Our room was very spacious and the only negative thing I have to say would be the pull out couch was very uncomfortable when sitting on it as well as very bad when used as an extra bed for the kids.

Great location for shopping downtown Frankenmuth! Easy to walk to shops and dining. Great breakfast and clean rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect for a 2 night trip to Frankenmuth!

Great location to all Frankenmuth has to offer! Much quieter option than the larger hotels.

Enjoyed the location and friendliness of staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable, great for our girlfriend trip.
