智選假日套房酒店法蘭克福

for a hotel that is about to undergo renovations, this location was actually exceptionally clean and seemed fairly well maintained overall.

Not worth the $$ I reserved three rooms for our stay, and unfortunately, two of them had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the experience uncomfortable. The pool area was also a major letdown—it was in serious need of updates and maintenance. Most concerning was that the wheelchair assist chair was broken. Had I known this in advance, I would not have booked this hotel, as accessibility is a priority for us. That said, the pool and pool area was in such poor condition that we wouldn’t have used it even if the chair had been working.

Breakfast was really good! Especially the homemade cinnamon rolls. It was a very clean property with nice employees. So close to the places we were visiting, like Buffalo Trace and the Frankfort State Capital building and park area.

Loved the layout of the room. Specifically, the couch and tv and bathroom area was away from the sleeping area.

The property was okay overall. The staff was friendly, but the pool was out of service during my stay, which was disappointing. Some of the towels in the room were also dirty and could have been cleaner. Other than that, my stay was decent.

Staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel was clean, room was clean, and breakfast was good.

The room was not ready on time, even though we arrived early. They said they would get to cleaning it right away, and still it was not ready on time. The floors were still wet when we walked in. Staff were smoking near the entrance regularly with the doors wide open.

Half the room was without power and was still charged full price for the room… disappointing

The room was generally clean and comfortable, with just a few areas that could use some attention—such as a light touch-up of paint around the windows and some hard water buildup on the shower head. The carpet showed a bit of staining, but it didn’t take away from the overall stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options.
