Unmittelbar in Nähe UWestend - ruhige aber zentrale Lage - schönes, designtes Zimmer - leider keine praktische ablagemöhlichkeit für Kleider - Bad eher unpraktisch - gute Matratzen - teekocher und espressomaschine am Zimmer - Top spa bereich im 6 Stock - jederzeit gerne wieder

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO STAY IF YOU WOULD NEED ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HELP IF THEY ARE A PROBLEM. Arrived at hotel after a full day travelling. The room heating is broken. After 2 hrs of waiting and requesting and only after demanding to be sorted, as at first was told there were no rooms, you just needed to sleep in a cold room. Eventually, they found fan heaters. Did it sleep well due to the noise of the fan heater? The next day was told it would be sorted, or they would change the room. It still needs to be fixed. Request the change of room to be told. Sorry no rooms free, “I was told, you have a fan heater” you can stay in the room” at this point, I was going mad; only after making a fuss and demanding a manager they found me a new room to change, this was a basic room, much smaller which the heating. Even though I paid for a Superior Room, After an additional 1 hour of backing and forward, as there was an issue with the new room, I was so fed up I needed to sleep in the new room, so I said leave. Very disappointed. When I requested a credit/ refund due to the first night of no heating and the lack of sleep, the hotel was not interested in sorting out the issue or refunding anything, due to the change of rooms, from paying in advance for a Superior Room, then being given a small standard room. Worse hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just disgusted at the attitude and lack of willingness to sort out a fundamental issue of heating which was not working, and I expected to sleep in a cold room!

Grossartiges, ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit bequemen Betten, freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Frühstück mit all den hausgemachten Speisen ist unschlagbar! Die Messe ist zehn Minuten entfernt.

Top hotel, heerlijke kamer. Prima bed, heerlijke douche. Bar blijft open tot de laatste vertrekt. Alleen het bed was een beetje kort. De bar is prima, assortiment niet heel groot. Ontbijt dikke prima, uitgebreid assortiment, heerlijke koffie. Personeel met een hoop aandacht

Sehr nettes Hotel im Westend von Frankfurt. Gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Junior Suite geräumig. Leider sind die Flure wie die Zimmer in einem grau-braun gehalten ohne Bilder oder Ähnliches ab den Wänden. Das macht es doch ein wenig trist. Das Treppenhaus ist nicht so sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll arrangiert und mit viel selbstgemachtem aufgepeppt. Das Granola war sehr lecker.

I spent two nights at this hotel in Frankfurt on business and I think it was a good choice. - conveniently located near the centre square, - clean, - satisfactory breakfast, - large and quite room including all needed, - friendly service. Recommended.
