Ramada by Wyndham Frankfurt Central Station

照片並未顯示飯店的本來面目。這個垃圾場位於一條骯髒的街道上。它的牆壁像紙一樣薄，地毯上有油漆斑點，毫無吸引力。我是透過飛行常客計畫預訂的，並期待溫德姆華美達酒店能提供更好的服務。幾個小時後我退房並在其他地方找到了完美的住宿。這個地方不適合單身老年女士！

Das gute an dem Hotem Nettes Personal, Zentrale Lage und das renovierte Bad, das war’s dann auch schon der Rest eher alt und echt renonvierungsbedürftig! Kissen gelb abgefärbt. Klima zu kalt höchste Stufe 23 grad ohne zu warm. In den letzten Jahren immer selber Zustand, leider wieder gebucht durch ausgebuchte Hotels in der nähe. Vielleicht nehmen sie sich die Bewertung zu Herzen und unternehmen etwas.

Appalling experience. I was given room 409, single room, with extremely low ceiling (2m10 max - I was able to touch the ceiling just by raising my hand - I measure 1m70). The ceiling had also a brown long brown stain on it, the ceiling light lamp was situated on the cupboard, probably to avoid that taller customers regularly hit their head. The room carpet was very worn with two visible clear stains. Cheap synthetic curtains, room facing towards an internal yard with exterior stairs and rubbish on them. Plastic shower curtain, cheap chemical products smell in the room. Bed was clean. Tbh, one of the top 3 worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Extremely poor value to money.

Super enttäuschender Aufenthalt! Angefangen mit der Rezeption, diese war Inkompetent und desinteressiert. Die Zimmer sind mit sehr verschmutzten und alten Teppichen verlegt! Das Bad war zwar modern, doch dies täuscht! Es rannte durch das Bad ins Zimmer eine KAKERLAKE! Das ist gesundheitsschädlich und ekelerregend. Das Mitteilen dieses Geschehens an der Rezeption hat nichts gebracht! Der Mitarbeiter sagte mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht, dass sich morgen die Reinigungskraft drum kümmern wird! So ein Verhalten habe ich noch nie gesehen, entweder ist dieses Problem schon bekannt denn er meinte wöchentlich sei der Kammerjäger vor Ort (was wir niemals glauben) oder er es als Standart gewohnt ist! Wir haben nur ein anderes Zimmer erhalten, dieses war noch schrecklicher! Diesmal war das Bad sehr alt und die Balkontür ist einem aus dem Rahmen entfallen! Wieder einmal ein Anruf bei der Rezeption führte zu keinem Verständnis sondern es wurde mitgeteilt, die Türe eben nicht zu öffnen! Entschuldigung was ist das bitte für ein Service, für 49€ die Nacht darf man doch ein gewissen Standard verlangen?! Als „Entschädigung“ durften wir 2-3 Cola Flaschen aus der Mini-Bar nehmen! Einfach nur peinlich! Die Flaschen waren verstaubt und nicht genießbar! Das schlimmste war, dass weder ein Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten kam noch wurden unsere Äußerungen ernstgenommen! Die Person an der Rezeption habe nach unserer Aufforderung die Geschäftsführung angerufen, diese habe ebenfalls auf das Aufeinandertreffen mit der KAKERLAKE gemeint, dass sie für nächste Woche einen Kammerjäger rufen. Kurzfassung: Bucht kein Zimmer!

The entrance is very small, and nowadays shared with a corona testing center. The building is dated and needs renovation The corridors appear to be clean. My bedroom itself was very unimpressive. Very small and honestly, I didn't even know single bedrooms existed nowadays.... (every time I booked a single room, I had a double, because hotels simply don't have single rooms in 2021).

It has good aspects such as the kettle and the coffee, and it was not a noisy room. The hotel can improve in some details, the curtains were splashed with paint, the bathroom light did not work well and the bed is out of adjustment, for a single night short is fine since it is close to the central station but no more than that.

We stayed for 4 nights on the first leg of our Europe adventure. Reception staff were all friendly, check in easy enough. A little frustrating when the desk is unmanned they lock the door and you have to wait to get in (or out). We got locked out a couple of times, you should be able to swipe your room key to gain access. Shower was VERY tiny, the shower curtain would stick to you, awful. Beds were comfy. Aircon struggled and it took the room a long time to cool down. Wi-fi dropped out a lot, very frustrating for international travellers. Overall average, but not bad for Europe standards (have stayed in a lot worse)
