杜爾曼迪爾威酒店(The Doorman Welle Frankfurt am Main)

We went for one night and had a junior suit. The beds are a bit hard , but not different than hotels in germany. The room was clean and had everything you need. from a microwave to oven, and everything you need. the location was in the heart of the city, you can get in the city centre by foot. the rescetionist was very kind, and helpfull. due a car problem we were forced to stay an other night and we were able to stay on the same room. as its a apartment complex you wont find breakfast here. altho there is coffe and tea and a little snack for you at the reception. what is very conveniant. i wont mind sleeping here again in the future I hope the receptionist ( i am sorry i forgot your name) reads this as she helped us when our car broke down. thank you for your help

We are a family with one toddler and absolutely loved the stay in this prima location of the city of Frankfurt. The Alte Oper was practically across the road with an immediate access to the main prominade of the city. Though the Doorman does not have dedicated parking area - there is an on street parking option (needs a little patience or luck to find a space but it is definitly available) with unlimited parking time extentions and FREE parking on weekends (from Fri 10pm basically). There´s also a huge underground parking across the street. The apartment is just amazing with abundant space and own kitchen. Very clean and cosy with wooden floors and top notch appliances (TV in every room etc.) and absolutely FREE WIFI. Staff sooooo helpful and accomodating givein advise and helping to navigate the stay. All of this at an amaingly affordable price! WE JUST LOVED IT!

I change the score because surprisingly they have charged me an extra 120 euros for using the sofa-beds (which come standard in the apartment) and for extra people even though they were under 3 years old, which according to the web both are free . Despite having contacted the hotel and provided all the details of the reservation and chat conversations making them to rectify the mistake, they refuse to return the money improperly collected, adducing excuses and misinterpretations. As there is no receptionist on weekends I was unable to address anyone in person and all this pooped up once back home. I feel cheated, I have never suffered such a pirate treatment in 16 years that I have been traveling the world. Cambio la puntuación porque para mi sorpresa me han cobrado 120 euros extras por usar los sofa-camas (que vienen de serie en el apartamento) y por personas extra a pesar de que eran menores de 3 años que según la web ambas cosas son sin coste. A pesar de haberme puesto en contacto con el hotel y aportarle todos los detalles de la reserva y las conversaciones por chat para que rectifiquen el error se niegan a retornarme el dinero indebidamente cobrado alegando excusas y malinterpretaciones. Como no hay recepcionista los fines de semana no me pude dirigir a nadie en persona y todo esto saltó una vez de vuelta a casa. Me siento estafado, nunca había sufrido un trato tan pirata en 16 años que llevo viajando por el mundo.

No housekeeping for 3 days in a row, includinga weekday. And nobody at the reception to solve this problem and no phone number to contact anyone. We're stuck with 2 towels for 3 people for 4 nights. There's no AC in the room, they provide a mobile AC unit for which you have to keep the doors open and sleep. If I had not prepaid for this hotel, I would have left in a heartbeat !

Durch die sehr zentrale und trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage ist dieses Apartment Hotel ideal für Business sowie private Aufenthalte. Selbst für einen Long Stay-Aufenthalt ist es ideal, da es voll ausgestattet (kleine Küche mit Ausstattung).

Nos cobran 30 euros por noche por poner unas sabanas una vez en un sofá cama que está incluido en especificaciones. Para que lo usara un niño de 2 años que están libres de cargos. Todo con mensajes liantes que nunca aceptamos. No ir. Encima no hay recepción ni nada, el fin de semana te apañas. Y dicen que no cambian las sabanas por el medio ambiente, pero te cobran 30 euros por noche por un sofá cama que ya está en la habitación. No tiene sentido. Como mucho 30 euros una vez por poner las sabanas. Que no aceptamos, pero tendría algo de sentido. Nos sentimos totalmente estafados
