邁伽酒店(Maingau Hotel)

The second night we stayed there 28/11/23 , at 19:00 when we got back, the room wasn’t made except for new towels . I went down to complain and received the answer that they probably forgot and nothing can be done at that time, no cleaning lady anymore. The only thing they can do is to excuse themself .!!! No Refund or reduction of the price. After raising my voice, the reception clerk went up to straighten out the room - made the beds and washed the 2 coffee cups. That’s the only thing he could take care of. The dirt stayed the same, the baby’s powder food on the tables next to the beds and on the table, the coffee machine with falling cover in the water container, no soap , the garbage bucket as left near the door, no vacuum, etc. (he is not part of cleaning team) When we left in morning 29/11 I mentioned that for half service I expect to pay half price, if at all. paid 206 Euro , far too high compared to their regular price, they raised prices for this pension room at this period but forgot they have to clean the room, especially if they charge such a price. I wrote mails to management and received the following answer : “Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding in our housekeeping team so that we only changed the towels in your room.” “

Gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten über den Eisernen Steg direkt ins Zentrum. feines Frühstück, Zimmer ok aber sehr kleines Bad.

スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で素晴らしいです👍 部屋も綺麗で、快適。 ホテル周辺も閑静な住宅街で、近くにカフェやレストランもあるので夕食なども気軽に行けます。

Schönes Hotel für einen Wochenendausflug nach Frankfurt. Ruhig gelegen und die City zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Hotel pulito, camere ben insonorizzate, minibar assente, cuscini eccessivamente morbidi tali da compromettere la qualità del sonno. Posizione discreta, abbastanza vicino per raggiungere le principali attrattive camminando 10 minuti. Colazione ottima. Prezzo eccellente.

Kleines aber sauberes Doppelzimmer. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zentral gelegen zwischen Sachsenhausen und Innenstadt.

Stayed one night before an early flight, room was clean and quiet, close to many restaurants, check-in was quick and courteous. Room was on the compact size, we could not leave a case open and I did not like the shower being in the bedroom and not in the bathroom.

チェックインの際に2€の支払いあり。 周辺は静かなエリアであるが、夜間外出は人気が少ないので不安があるかも知れない。 アメニティはシャンプーヘアー&ボディがあり、タオル2枚、ドライヤー完備だが、歯ブラシはなかった。 水は炭酸水が1本付いており、値段対比で考えると十分である。

Der Weg von der Rezeption bis zu meinem Zimmer im Obergeschoss glich einem Labyrinth aus Fluren, Treppen, Aufzug. Mit dem unhandlichen Gepäck war das eine Zumutung. Der Boden des - wenn auch geräumigen - Zimmers war besonders im Schlaf-Wohn-Bereich furchtbar schmutzig. Die Heizung konnte das Zimmer kaum aufwärmen, in der Nacht setzte dann sogar die Nachtabsenkung ein, sodass ich ab 4.00 Uhr morgens vor lauter Kälte nicht weiter schlafen konnte.
